AAA Spots

I read somewhere that AAA has special viewing spots for fireworks, as well as places you can go to rest & get a snack. Is this true and if so, where are these places located?

In 2005, when you booked through AAA, you got a voucher to go to the AAA VIP lounge in MK, rest and get a complimentary beverage. The lounge is in Tomorrowland near Carousel of Progress. I heard a rumor that they were closing it in 2006. There are no special fireworks viewing areas for AAA. This year, however, it looks like if you book through AAA, they are offering a special character story hour.

I tried to book our storybook experience yesterday with the phone number provided on our voucher. We are going January 11-17th. I was told that they only offer story time on Mondays and Thursdays at the AAA VIP lounge in MK, and it was only available from 5:10 to about 6:30 at 15 minute intervals. They only had 3 spots available for us on Thursday the 12th, but we are a party of 4 and have a 5:30 ADR at WCC at the WL. Although we could have gotten in that Monday as a party of 4, we planned to be at MGM that day and have a Fantasmic Dining Package ADR that we don't want to cancel. One of the reasons I booked with AAA was for this perk, and I'm really disappointed we can't go to it. I asked if they had other times that may become available upon other's cancellations and he told me no. It doesn't make sense to me to offer it during the time that most people have scheduled dinners. The lounge is not that big at all, so I'm sure that numbers are quite limited. I wish I had known in advance that it was so limited in times and space. My agent did not mention this aspect at all.
