I've rented a car only once before, and threads about rental companies pushing unnecessary insurance make me nervous.
My mother bought AAA-Plus for me as a Christmas present. I understand that it covers the driver instead of a specific vehicle, so the coverage should extend to rental car usage - I should not have to pay any additional insurance fees to the rental companies, right?
