Okay, I'm really behind! Harper is a complete doll and looked fabulous on her birthday! LOVE that outfit!!
Thank you we thought she did too, it was a cute dress!

The cake is great! She is very brave to make the cake for the 1st birthday party.

I thought so too!

Okay, back to the TR.

We still haven't rode EE, but it is a must for our upcoming trip. I hope we get front row.

Just tell the CM that you want front row, they will have you wait for the next train and off you go!

I have a question for you, how in the world do you keep your hair looking so nice on those hot humid days? Mine always looks like a frizzy mess.

We were really lucky with the weather these past 2 trips, but I read this thread on the DIS about avoiding frizzy hair and I bought the products they recommend. It's Paul Mitchell Super Skinny daily shampoo, daily conditioner and the serum. I like it a lot!

A quick story, we went to Target tonight and what did I see walking in front of me...Manpris! I pulled out my camera and my husband got a horrified look on his face and said "You are NOT taking pictures in Target!" So, I didn't get a picture, but I was thinking of you!

I just read your last update-looked like a great day at AK! Except for the parade cutter and the line cutter. I LOVE that you took pictures of these people though. You have serious guts!

Your pics on EE are awesome, I don't know if I would be able to hold a camera still enough to get anything! Do you have the video that Marc took on YouTube or anything?

Check out the fit flops for sure! Just be sure to read the little pamphlet that comes with them. It talks about getting the perfect fit, you actually have to put them on in the store and walk in them. I did it. They were a bit pricey so I didn't want to waste my money. When I got home and checked stores I realized that I didn't spend as much on them there as I would have at home. The best part is the Disney touches and you can't get that anywhere but there!
R&C was great, I highly recommend it. I plan on eating there at least once next year!

After having had a few days to go over the second grade material, I find myself thinking, 'Is that it?' a lot. Where third grade would have had fifteen questions at the end of the chapter, second grade has 5, and everything looks like kindergarten work to me. I'm really going to have to gear down. Are you feeling the same way at all?

We have been so busy getting the room ready that I haven't really looked at the curriculum.....
I'll bet I have the same feelings as you especially after teaching 4th grade last year. I'll let you know when I dig into the books!

Not only did I take their picture, we even had words, when he told her that we thought they were cutting, I, in my best teacher voice told him that since we had been behind the fellow in the white shirt the whole time we had been in line, and the fact that they were now behind him and in front of us indicated that they had indeed cut. My gosh, I sound like a 2nd grader....

Nopppers, not a second grader as if more people would speak up line cutters might not be so quick to assume they have the right to do so!!


Max will be here for 10 months, and yes he will be going with us in December. I'm hoping to get Biergarten on Christmas Eve, I think he would like that.

Thanks, we thought she looked just like a little princess at her party! She did cut the bottom of the cake to make it crooked. I thought it was a really cute cake too!

It's high stress right now, we have meet the teacher today. Also a few entry level conferences have been scheduled. We work from 12:00 / 8:00. I'm going in at 10:00.....
