About the Jungle Jammin Parade - we have always had great character interaction, with the characters coming up to my DD to high five her, shake her hand, etc which is fantastic. HOWEVER - they have been running that same parade thru AK for years, I kinda wish they would update it, you know?
We really need to see the bird show -we've never been, and I am actually a big bird person.

I am very glad that you are here reading, Thank You! Taking pictures of the Disney Naughties is one little way for me to vent my anger when someone is rude. So it's like a click! and I feel much better Baylor enjoyed the characters at the parade, and we have one more group to get through then if they want they can change it.....

Mini update....

Our Granddaughter Harper had her first birthday yesterday! I just wanted to share a few pictures with you. Laura and Ros asked last night for pictures of the "Crooked Cake" Megan had made and MeMom wanted pictures as well. I think she found this in Family Fun Magazine... She had commented on her Facebook that it looked like a 7 year old had made it. I think it's fabulous!

They had the party at the YMCA so after the cake and gifts the kids went to play in the gymnastics room, sorry no pictures, she had turned tired and cranky. All in all it was a fun party! Happy Birthday Harper!

What a GREAT evening you all had at the Rose and Crown! LOVE the last ice standing game! What a view you had...BEAUTIFUL! Your bangers and mash looked SO MUCH better than Bryan's of course he had bangers no mash so maybe that was the problem! Hooray for Baylor getting the Celtics basketball and UCLA one...how nice was that man!!

What a great day at the Animal Kingdom! I am in awe of all your beautiful pictures of the Tusker house! I always feel so rushed to even take pics. of the scenery! How great that you ran into Jackie and the kids, don't you just love DIS meets! Hooray for the front seat on EE...very thrilling, great pics. too! Raifiki's can be lots of fun, we enjoyed it too!! Baylor really likes basketball huh! Thanks for the great pics. of the parade, we have NEVER seen it Sorry about the rude line cutters...i HATE that! Your evening back at the Beach Club does sound quiet relaxing well except for the momentary search for Baylor!

That little Harper is just a DOLL!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARPER!!!! Cute dress, fun cake, great birthday party!!! Oh and.......hip, hip hooray for Uncle Funny trying to make Harper happy, by taking that silly princess hat away for himself, so that everybody else would quit trying to make her wear it!! What an AWESOME Uncle he is!!!!

Megan did a great job on the cake. That dress is just perfect for that little doll. Ummmmmmm, was Shocker still spackeling the bathroom or was he at the party too??? I guess after all the pictures that were taken of him at the World this last trip, it might have been that he was just slighted at the party???

and I agree MIMI let that baby play with one of the gifts!! You just have to love Birthday parties.........here darling open this pretty package........then yank the gift from the child's hand and repeat the process, until they just shut down and everybody goes.....awwwww, what's wrong baby???

I love the crooked cake and the huge piece that Harper had!!
You do such a great job of catching all of the line cutters, etc. It reminds me of those shots of people on the tv when they are talking about obesity or something along those lines and they show people.....I am always mortified thinking that someone is home watching tv and sees themselves!! I can see myself someday walking down Main Street USA, shoveling popcorn into my mouth and a Mickey Bar in the other hand as they draw in close to my backside!!

Megan picked out the dress and Marc and I picked it up. Megan has great taste. I think the party went really well and I could tell Megan worked hard to put everything together.
I can't wait to see Luke's birthday shirt, I'll bet it's very cute.

I did love that meal and the seating for Illuminations. You guys need to try out the last ice standing game, you boys would love it!
I was so surprised when Baylor came down the boardwalk with those basketballs. Did your guys shoot any hoops?

This was the first trip that I really slowed down to attempt to take scenery photos. I actually surprised myself with some of them!

The parade was really cool, it was a first for us. Just put it on your next trip list! Yep, those line cutters made me mad, well until I wasn't behind them anymore then I just forgot about it.

I agree, that cake was really fun! The dress was pretty darn cute too. The only glimpse I have of poor Shocker is his hand and part of his leg in that first picture of Harper, he was making sure she didn't fall off the table.

I don't believe I have ever made a birthday cake for one of my children, Megan is such a good mommy!

She has not been to WDW yet, but that will be remedied in December. I'll start the pre-trip just as soon as I finish this trippie.

You know the funny thing was, we aren't the ones that got her the princess car. I think she really liked it though!

Okay, I'm really behind! Harper is a complete doll and looked fabulous on her birthday! LOVE that outfit!!

Tusker House is so good!! We love it! I was drooling over your plate! YUM!!

We still haven't rode EE, but it is a must for our upcoming trip. I hope we get front row.

Those darn poachers, they are always running a perfectly good safari! I think we'll skip the Flights because we aren't big bird people, but I liked your pictures.

I have a question for you, how in the world do you keep your hair looking so nice on those hot humid days? Mine always looks like a frizzy mess.

A quick story, we went to Target tonight and what did I see walking in front of me...Manpris! I pulled out my camera and my husband got a horrified look on his face and said "You are NOT taking pictures in Target!" So, I didn't get a picture, but I was thinking of you!
