Short answer, some people don't dance. Not at their own wedding or anywhere else. This isn't uncommon, especially among certain religious groups.
Did anyone see that one episode of the series when they were picking out the baby bedding? One of the little boys was booging in the play area. One of the camera/sound men brought it to one of the older girl's attention. He comment was that sometimes the little ones jump for joy (or somethng like that). She had the little boy do what he was doing and THEN he started doing a little jumping thing...not what he was doing in the first place (at least that I saw).
Have they ever been posed with the question of if it was OK to dance in the Bible then not in their home? Just wondering if I never saw that...would be interested in their answer. Understand the "bimp & grind-dance club" type...but an elegant foxtrot, the hokey pokey, or Chicken dance??? Just wondering

I can't even imagine!
but their standard. One of the older girls will probably move out and room-mate with cousin Amy, and that will be the end of that. Girls gone wild.
