So excited we are planning our 2nd trip to Disney and I have a lot more time to plan We are going Dec 2013 so about 17 months!!

I have a question for you – I LOVED the books I made last time used the 8 x 8pages and did a parks book and character meals book. We got so many compliments on our books and the characters went crazy! However, the character meal book is awesome and full of all the signatures and easy to take out and put in a scrapbook. Yet the park book I made had a lot of blanks on some pages were there were suppose to be 2 or 3 signatures and only got 1. What do you do when that happens?

I am thinking this time of doing more like a spiral bound book where I could take the autograph pages out and put with a picture in a scrapbook… then when I have blanks could use for another trip or at least not have so many hotes in my scrapbooks. What have others done to eliminate that?

Personally, I don't mind the "holes" in my 8x8, because I use them as souvenirs themselves, showing who we did and did not see. With spiral bound 4x6 books it is very easy to take them apart at the end of your trip and re-purpose the individual cards. Some folks don't even bind them at all and carry them in a ziploc with a mini clipboard to make it easier for the characters to sign.

Is it possible to buy your templates? I love your layouts. Who did you purchase your digital scrapbook items from? Do you have a favorite designer?

Although I really appreciate the compliment, my templates are not for sharing or for sale. I used a great deal of "personal use only" material to create them, and I do not want to violate anyone's intellectual property rights. I have been slowly accumulating elements and papers over the last two years. Most of them were free. If you are interested in digital scrapbooking, I will send you a PM with some suggestions.

Oh no! I just went to finish my books and realized I did not request new covers when I changed some of my meals. Would it be possible to get new covers for Ann and Kate with the following meals: Akershus, CRT, Crystal Palace, and Garden Grill. I cancelled Cape May Cafe and Tusker House.

We leave Saturday, Aug. 4, so I will totally understand if you don't have time to complete them before we go.

I'm sorry, but I don't have individual characters like this. Look through my photobucket (link in my signature) and see if there is a design in there that you like, or put out a request on the main Creative DISigns board. There are several DISigners who have individual character covers like these.

I don't know if I am even in the right place for this question, but here goes!
I have been told that the characters don't have time to wait while you look for a certain page in your autograph book, that sometimes you will come upon a character and that it is considered rude to make them wait while you look for a page. Is this true? I want to make an autograph book for my daughter, and I love all the disigns I have found on here (who knew??) But if that is true, I will not spend the time making one. These autograph books will be part of DD birthday surprise.
We are going to the world in October 2012. I haven't been there in 30 years, 21 years for DH and first time for DD (7 turning 8 while in the World).
I would appreciate anyone's suggestions and help!

My kids are avid character hunters. You will have plenty of time waiting in line to turn to your specialized page. Place the pen inside the book to mark your page, and you are good to go. Some of the characters have limited vision b/c of the suit, so you might have to show them which page to sign.

We have been to WDW 9 times, and I can count on less than one hand the number of times I've found a character performer rude. The are all trained to be extremely wonderful with guest!
