A Simple Guide to Making an Autograph Book

Musicmouse,
If possible I would like to request some covers for each of the kids for our family trip. I am hoping for the four parks design with all the character in front (for example in the style of LandonsAutographBook.jpg)

I would like for the writing to be in blue with the following names:

Phoebe
George
Brennen
Blake
Chase

Thanks in advance.

Hello! Looking for advice once again! I never figured out how to resize photos, but ended up using different ones and created an autograph book in Shutterfly. I have 60 pages! Is that too many pages or is 60 okay? How heavy will the book be? Also, do people prefer the 5x7 size or the 7x9 size? Another silly question, but is it best to organize strictly by alphabetical order, or do you organize by groups of characters that "go" together? For example....Captain Hook and the next page, Mr. Smee? Thanks again so much for any of your tips!

I just love our autograph book. I took your advice and made it out of photos.
I used autograph pages from Chaocent(?) downloaded to snapfish and made a flipbook 4x6. It turned out great. Our last visit I downloaded and printed out myself it took alot of time and ink I made 3 for my grandkids. These were very bulky and heavy by the time i made clipboards so they were able to sign. Then I put together when we got home. My new one is very easy to use and won't need a clipboard, it is sturdy enough with the pictures and cover it is spiral bound, just flip back behind when they sign. Thanks again for the great idea.:wizard:

Musicmouse (or anyone), could I please ask for help in making an autograph cover? I really liked the white one that shows the four parks. I would need three with the following names. Thanks so much!!!

Kyle's Autographs 2011
Chelsea's Autographs 2011
Hailey's Autographs 2011

Thanks again so much! Is this something that I must request, or am I able to do it myself? I tried downloading some photos, but they kept coming up with too low of a resolutions. Anyway, thanks again!

Michelle:goodvibes

Please ignore the above request, I figured out how to make an album cover myself. Thanks though for all the info on this board!

Can anyone help? I am trying to make a generic boy and generic girl autograph book for Disney. BUT I am looking for 7x9 to use with Shutterfly books.

Does anyone have anything in that size?

Hello MusicMouse, if possible, could you please make a couple of covers when/if you get a chance? I would love the one with the 4 parks and all the characters. 1) Luke's Autograph Book 2011 (in blue); 2) Taylor's Autograph Book 2011 (pink). Thank you so much for your time!

This design is Natalie's - don't you just love it?! Here are your covers:

60 pages is about right. That's the average number of signing characters that you can get to in a week at WDW (assuming you're not doing the Christmas Party or character dining). If you are doing one character per page, then 5x7 will be big enough (and really all that you want to carry around). For individual cards, I arrange them in alphabetical order. You can also group them by movie/show and then arrange the movies in alphabetical order. As long as you understand your system, it will be all good! :goodvibes

They are awesome! Thank you so much!

I am looking for 4x6 pages. Thank you for your help!

Janet

Penny (Chaoscent) makes those generic types of 4x6 pages with the faded backgrounds. The link to her photobucket is in post #1. :goodvibes

Anything that is 4x6 or 5x7 will expand to a 7x9. The size ratio is the same. :goodvibes

Oh me too. I also would like to request a cover page of the four parks with the characters. I would like two of them....
Lindsey's Autograph book 2012 ( in pink)
and
Jayden's Autograph book 2012 ( in blue)

I will look again. Thanks for the reply. I did try a few but the resolution was low and they looked fuzzy.

Sooo....I jumped the gun & my excitement got the better of me, lol.
I just saw on StitchKingdom's FB page that Jake from Jake & the Neverland Pirates will begin meeting guests on November 13!

MusicMouse, are you going to be making an autograph card for him? Do you think it would be odd to just have a picture printed of his autograph card & stick it in the book? I do have generic blank ones but I would have loved to have a specific one for him if I'd known. Ah well, next trip, right?! :rotfl:

Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates will be appearing in DHS's Animation Courtyard beginning Nov. 13th. He will also be replacing Leo at the H&V Character Meals at that time (joining June, Handy Manny, and Special Agent Oso). For all of you autograph seekers, I will make the appropriate autograph cards sometime this week. :goodvibes
