McCains campaign is based on experience. With experience you sometimes make mistakes. Obama's campaign is based on his character. He is the one who has brought racism into the campaign. He is the one who can only talk about his character because he has no experience. And this isn't a lie that he made in the past, it's one that Obama still continues to this day. He chose the platform but he doesn't want to abide by it.[/QUOT

BO does have character and experience. One of his experiences is to remain faithful to his wife. Wasn't aware that McCain's atrocious treatment of the first Mrs. Mc was simply "a mistake." Sorry, I thought it actually said something about him....

Each of us needs to examine what path we want our nation to follow.

So you would prefer the next four years to be higher debt, higher spending, higher taxes? Our national debt when we are done with an Obama presidency I will be you will be at least 2,000,000,000,000 higher. Thats just for 4 years. When you have a president who is making promises to spend more than he brings in, it has to go up.

Going from Bush's economy to Obama's economy is change - changing seats on the Titanic. Obama's form of change is to go to the holes on the Titanic and make them larger. Thats change, but not change that we need.

According to two prominent economists, in a study the White House has not disputed, the cost of the war now outpaces the total price of the 12-year US conflict in Vietnam. It's now nearly double the total cost of the Korean War.

The costs of maintaining a US presence in Iraq now runs a tab of about $435 million a day -- $3 billion a week, or $12 billion a month. The US has siphoned some $500 billion taxpayer dollars into Iraq, for a war that was supposed to be "sharp" and brief. Interest payments add another $615 billion, and the price tag of repairing a depleted military is projected at $280 billion.

Of course not, that is why some of us choose Obama, I understand you have faith in McCain and ignore all of his mistakes(as you refer to them)... And that is your right.

Bottom line, during this time of economic crisis I can not put any faith in a man that less than 2 months ago really believed that our economy was strong. To me that is more important than any sermon that Obama may or may not have heard.

McCain's mistake took place what, 20 years ago? So does that mean we should look at Obama's mistakes of 20 years ago? Lets see, he has experience being a drug addict. He has experience being a soldier in the Chicago Democratic Machine. He has experience selling political favors for money. He has experience spending money that was earmarked for education in platforms that call for radical change, anarchism, etc. He has experience of belonging to a racist church. Yep, change we need - not.

John McCain encourages drug use. (His wife was addicted to prescription drug meds) He has bilked this country of billions of dollars. (He was a close friend of Keating) He's a socialist! (He supported the Bailout...the biggest socialist action in our nation's recent history) He's a terrorist sympathizer. (He has the support of people with close ties to the Annenberg Foundation...multiple supporters with direct ties to the Annenberg Foundation...skeeeeery!)
