A reasonable tip for driver?

We are wanting to just do the town car service to and from the sanford airport as we don't want to pay parking or have to worry about gas and all that mess. I am wondering with a 199.00 round trip fee what is a reasonable tip for the driver and will they make a stop at the grocery on the way?

Proper is 20%, but, since you cannot be sure the driver will be the same on the trip back, divide it by 2. IE: 200.00 r/t = 40.00 tip. 20.00 to each driver.
