We're just back from the World and we dined (all suppers) at:
Sunday: Garden Grill
Monday: 50s Prime Time
Tuesday: Chefs de France
Wednesday: Crystal Palace
Thursday: Sanaa
Best meal of the week: 50s Prime Time. Absolutely no contest; everything we had there was delicious (oh, that fried chicken!)
:. Our server was very attentive and especially accommodating, considering our sleep-deprived and cranky DGD2 1/2, and the chef was very helpful in our decision-making (one lactose-intolerant and one diabetic). We'll definitely go back. Did I mention how good the chicken was?
Worst meal: Tie between Garden Grill and Crystal Palace. Tiebreaker: Worst meal goes to Crystal Palace (I got food poisoning
). The service and character interaction we experienced at the GG were exceptional; the food wasn't. We found much of the food to be way too salty. CP was very busy and our server did her best. The salads were delicious; most everything else was mediocre. I doubt we'll ever go back there for dinner.
Chefs de France was fine. The food was good, as well as the service. Sanaa was also good. Again, we had an accommodating chef who went out of his way to help us. Note to self: Book Sanaa earlier when you can see the animals.
Questions? PM me or ask in this thread. I'll be happy to answer anything I can.

, I felt fine.
i explained that wasn't the case, but he insisted i was wrong.
i wanted to say "i told you so" but felt it inappropriate.
we can check that off our list
. Oh, there was one good thing: the kids' sweet potato french fries! Very good! But basically we were pretty disappointed. And sodium-logged.
, but our server Jeffery was outstanding! We where celebrating our anniversery and my B-day he suprised us with fast passes to Sorin' when he gave us our check!
