I hope they enjoy the honest feedback and they really need to think out the answer variables better because like most survey's it's poorly written.

I was not able to access the survey, I got the same message as some of the above posters..the Survey had been deactivated by the owner

Thanks to those of you who were able to do the survey. Evidently they got a huge response so closed the survey down just after noontime...and of course, I wasn't aware of that since I was out shortly after that time.
Many have commented on the content of the survey. We are passing on all comments.
