A Mouse, Two Little Minnows who wear out Grumpy and Test Track Moves to Naples 11/26

Niki, sounds like a good trip to me!! :thumbsup2 I love all your TS picks, although to be fair I've not eatin at any of those places. They are all places I've wanted to eat at, but when you have kids on your trip most of them are not gonna happen. :sad2:

Ms. Kat, your picks from shopping were simply fabu! :thumbsup2 Great job!

So sorry to hear that you had a rather upsetting afternoon though.
I just praise God you both were okay and that Niki's car is good to go now.

Niki, no more speaking things into existance. You don't need self fulfilling prophecies my dear lady. There is no such thing as accidents happening in three's. :sad2:
Your next time together will be more wonderful and accident free. There! Now there's a decree you want spoken! :goodvibes

Marv, all my comments to yours are in red.
Yes, I know while I was sleeping last night you were able to out-quick me and finally win a Judy-do contest, but that doesn't mean I'm slow!!! :sad2: I get the red update thingy!!! ;)

And yeah, my wreck was a very scary thing! I saw the guy barreling down on me in the rear view mirror, but there was nothing I could do about it except prepare for the blow! :scared1: I was on the way to DS13s baseball game, and couldn't get an answer on DW's cell phone, so she didn't know anything about it until I showed up and everyone was wondering why I was late. The guy in the wrecker had to drop me by the house so I could pick up the other car to get there.
LOL, I thought that was a given :rotfl:
Yeah, but that's what you thought this time too!

Ok..totally taking over your thread with my own baggage but you asked for it :rotfl2:

First off, yes there will be TONS of hat pics..he knows that in advance!

We will do just 1 TS breakfast and that will be Boma, the rest of the time we will do the food court at the CBR or just wing it.

Lunches are up in the air, maybe TS on a walk in basis and maybe CS...depends on our mood.

Dinners are WPE on arrival night, and in no particular order...Cali Grill, Citricos, Fultons, Narcoossee's, Mama Melrose, Cape May Clambake, Via Napoli and La Hacienda

Nov 13 and 14 will be hard core F&W commando days, since that is the last 2 days left of the F&W I want to cram as much in as possible.

I am toying with the idea of moving Via Napoli to lunch one day and booking Flying Fish or Il Mulino for dinner but I havent really decided yet.

Also thinking that after an early dinner at Cali Grill that we may decide to go to the MVMCP that night...but again we dont know yet and didnt buy tickets.

So I have my arrival night down, the first weekend set, wing it M-S and then on our last day, Sunday, we will eat at Boma for breakfast and go to AK for the day and head out of WDW around 3-4 pm. The last night we are there, Saturday night, is our Fultons night (had to save the best for last) and lots of DTD time.

Sounds good? I think so but you know there will be a ton of curveballs hurled at me by the significant other.

How about you just write the rest of my trip report for me???? :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm so glad you are going to Fulton's. I just know what Todd is going to have and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO envious.

You forgot #8!!!!

8 Limo will not get into an accident of any kind!!!!! :lmao::lmao:

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

LOL, I thought that was a given :rotfl:

From your mouth to God's ears. :worship:

Thank you. I'm glad you liked my shopping selections. I did a lot of thanking God myself that day.

Well, I can never get the movies and it was just a rare occasion that I saw Glen post before anyone else did (that's what I get for staying up later doing laundry and looking for boots online to go with my Halloween costume).

I'm glad you are okay, Marv.

That is EXACTLY what I was doing right before I went to bed too!!! :confused3
I'm glad you are okay, Marv.
Well, I am certainly glad things didn't go any worse for you and Nicki and both of you came through it safe and sound! :dance3:

Great purchase. I am laughing how many times you mentioned hitting Lingerie stores. LOL! Your men must've been happy! :rotfl:

So glad you both were alright after the accident. What a stupid guy. I would've probably cursed out his boss if he said something like that to me too.

Hi Kathy! I can't believe I haven't found my way over here before now. I do I have some catching up to do! But fortunately I have time this evening...and this fits the bill. Can't wait!

I always feel like an inadequate bumbling idiot at Starbucks. SEriously, can't they just say, "small", "medium", and "large"? And either regular or decaf?? I don't know, just seems so hoity toity to me. :confused3

Edited to add: I LOVE DaveInTN's avatar!!! So funny!

I know what you mean - I am intimidated by Starbucks. I have only been in one and that was to purchase a gift card for my son (who apparently speaks the language :confused3). That Starbucks - the only one in town - closed in just over a year. There must not have been enough people around here who "get it". That and there were already several other "local" coffee shops in town. I don't miss it - but my son was in mourning for awhile.

Speaking of which, I'm leaving right now, to meet my DH at our local venue who brews up a mean plain old cup of coffee with FREEEEEEEEE vanilla syrup for $2.00.

Oh man, I'm getting caught up and just read about your car accident. I'm so sorry to read about that, it must have been awful, but thankfully everyone was okay. Unfortunately, there are a couple of crosses near my house from an accident a few weeks ago. :sad1:

I was with you on the Starbucks order until you got to "wet" cappucino...what's the wet part mean?

Hi from Naples! So sorry about your car accident :(. We had the bad luck of being rear ended twice in 4 months as well so we totally sympathize with your friend. Both times we were at a complete stop. People just don't watch where they're going! :sad2:

Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything in the lingerie store. :sad2::sad2:

Thanks; I'm glad we were okay too. And he was a stupid guy.

:welcome::welcome: to my TR. I'm delighted to have you here. :)

I don't drink coffee -- only cappucinos. :) I am even amazed by some of the things people olrder.

They've closed a lot around here. But then they have them on almost every block. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Wish we still had some of those sweet coffee shops around here. :sad2:

It was awful, but it all ended well.

"Wet" is less foam; I don't want a latte with just a scoop of foam, but I also don't want a cappucino that I pay $3.85 for that is half foam...so it is about three quarters milk and the rest foam.

:welcome: from Naples! I love Naples just so you know. You are right...too much talking or texting on the phone; or too much reading a newspaper or socializing.

Ok...and WOW! I'm all caught up, and I'm exhausted! But GREAT trip report.

First off, you are KILLING me with those hat pics! Hilarious!

Second, love your tradition of giving a balloon to a child in your father's memory. That is so awesome, and such a nice honor to him.

Third, you are making me hungry with the Japanese restaurant pics from Marco Island.

Fourth, WOW on the lottery win! $1000 sure does make a vacation that much more enjoyable.

Finally, sorry to hear about the car accident! But glad you are both ok.

Really enjoying the trip report...but 52 pages in one evening is a lot. I should have found this report sooner...LOL!

I just read all about your day with Nicki. It sounds like you were having such a great time until the accident. Thank goodness you were both okay and that Mark wasn't with you.

I was wondering what the "wet" part was in your drink but I saw that you already answered it. That is seriously complicated. How long is the training to work at Starbucks and how do people learn all these terms anyway? I have only been to Starbucks a few times and luckily I had a friend who worked there. I told her what I usually get at Dunkin and told her to pick what I should get. I never had to pay when I went there and I still only went maybe twice?

I am so jealous you have so many Disney stores around you. We used to have a few that were in CT and one at our local mall but they all closed. :sad1: Now there is one over an hour away but I have yet to make the drive. Caitlin gets bored after about 20 minutes of being in the car. I really miss the days when she would fall asleep on long car rides.

The next girls only day plans look incredible. :cheer2: I love the part about handing the bill to the men too. :lmao:

Hello neighbor!!!! :wave2:

I think the only Disney store left is in the Westfarms mall. You can always hit the new Disney store in Times Square! :goodvibes

First off, you are KILLING me with those hat pics! Hilarious! Stay tuned...at the end of the TR I will post pictures of all the hats and will ask for a vote of my second favorite one (everyone already knows what my first one is) and there will be a prize mailed to the winner.

Fourth, WOW on the lottery win! $1000 sure does make a vacation that much more enjoyable. Certainly helped to enjoy it a little bit more; now I'm hoping to win the Mega Millions tonight which is $140 million.:thumbsup2

Hi, Diane, and thank you. I'm glad it turned out so well too and really glad Mark wasn't there.

I don't know how long they train...but I know there is a THICK book they have to read before they even let them work the bar. The one I go to close to my house very rarely charges me because they all know me so well because I'm a frequent drinker.

Having that many Disney stores is a blessing and a bad thing, if you know what I mean. Maybe if you told Caitlin you were going to the Disney store she'd be okay. ;)

I love the idea of the bill going to Todd and Mark too.

Hey Kathy!! How are you this evening??

Hey Kathy!! How are you this evening??

Hi, Liesa. I'm doing great. Just chilling watching NCIS reruns because we have our big party tomorrow night. And catching up on all of my threads.

What are you doing? How are you?

Actually watching a movie called Vanity Fair, another Regency Period Film, which I'm not really sure I like very much. But I have to say, the coconut rum and Coke that Cynthia recommends is quite a nice treat on this rainy, icky evening.
