A Mouse, Two Little Minnows who wear out Grumpy and Test Track Moves to Naples 11/26

It certainly looks like you had a great time at the Halloween party! I have to agree with Nicki....Mark looks like Mr. Kotter.

You've got the moves there, Chickaroni!! Looks like it was a total blast!!! Glad you had a great time with old friends; I know we still have our most treasured moments with those we've known for many, many years!

:laughing:I remembered the moves, but my thighs didn't/don't appreciate them.

Shelley and I have known each other for almost 30 years, and we've known Lou and his wife for almost as long. It was a great reunion.

You and Mark looked great for your party. I got through the last crazy weekend of the year (for the most part). Of course I came down with a horrible head and sinus cold. I am just stopping by to say hi! I am going to post a few pics of Juliana on my thread from yesterday. princess:

Thanks, Tim. I hope you are feeling better soon.

And Ana is precious in her Snow White costume.

We did...thanks, Lisa. Mark said he could see where you and Nicki saw that. He also looked like the DJ that worked at the bar where we worked. :)

Thanks, Rosie.

I saw your "Albany" update on your TR and commented there.

Okay, I guess I'm do for an update. I think I've been dragging out the last couple of days because I still don't have my Photopass CD for the ending.

Thanks again to everyone who comments on our costumes. :)

Now, back to the trip.

I left you with Nicki driving me back to the condo on Marco and her going home for a rest after our most eventful day.

So I got back and showed Mark my purchases, took a nap and then took a shower to go and meet Nicki and Todd for our last dinner together.

I was craving crab legs which is my biggest downfall in life. None of the restaurants had them where they weren't over $40 or more, so Nicki suggested we go to a Chinese buffet where they had all you can eat crab legs along with other fish, chinese food, etc.

Despite the fact that I had a minor headache and Nicki's bosom still hurt, we had a great time talking, eating, talking and eating and eating and eating. The food was very, very good and I got my crab fix. Just before we went up for dessert, Nicki's Aunt, Uncle and grandma walked in so we got to meet them--very nice people.

No food pictures (Grumpy was giving me that eye again), but here are a few pictures. The first one is a picture of Grumpy's sloppy shirt--kind of missed his mouth on that one :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and pictures of the great company:

We finished up dessert, said our goodbyes to Nicki's relatives and then went out to the parking lot where Mark had to see Todd's Trans Am souped up car (guys will be guys).

I gave Todd a big hug since I wouldn't be seeing him again and told him how much I enjoyed meeting him and couldn't wait to see him again.

We told Nicki we'd see her for coffee the next morning at our usual time and usual place.

Up next, our last two days on Marco.

DIS friends are the best friends of all. You guys look like you had a great time together!

I'll do an update on the trip tonight, but before I start cleaning here are a few pictures from our Halloween Party last night.

That's not what I heard!!! :rotfl: And I'm really diggin' that red shirt and black pants combo!!! :thumbsup2
Is it wrong that I am now singing "Do the Hustle"? :rotfl2:
Not me! :rolleyes1 Oh okay, maybe a little!!! :)
I love NCIS! I tape every Tuesday , I'm usually not home on Tuesday PM in time to watch.
Me too! Well, I don't tape it, but get home late and just watch the part that is still on! But we watch a lot of the reruns on USA Network to make up for it! :thumbsup2
Thanks, Camille. We didn't have a lot of trick or treaters. Most of the kids in our neighborhood have grown up and gone away.
Yeah, we have very few at our house either. I'm guessing it is the long uphill driveway with woods on both sides! :rotfl2: (and NO Kathy and Rosie, it isn't that they know I am waiting at the top of the hill!!!) :rotfl2:
We DVR NCIS every week or we watch it On Demand. I could just look at Mark Harmon all night long.
Me too, but it is more for the smackin' people in the back of the head part...... :rolleyes1
Romeo looks like Mr. Kotter :lmao:
Ooo, Ooo.......Ooo Ooo Ooo......Mr. Kotterrrrrr
Unfortunately, I think I did TOO MUCH SHAKING...my things are killing me. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
See, I TOLD you that's not what I heard, you "older" woman........ :lmao:

So grumpy put the nix on the food pictures, eh????? What, doesn't he know you've got to write a trip report?

Nice pictures of the four of you!

So sad your trip is close to an end though.

I had to laugh at the stained shirt...that looks like me after every meal :rotfl:

Grumpy was tired of the pics during mealtime. I gave him some slack but told him next year I wasn't listening to him.

I danced so much that I'm still sore; Mark doesn't dance (whenever we go some place where there is dancing, I get my one slow dance of the night and then he sits and chats while I dance away.

Marv, the guy in the red "jacket" and black pants was "Hugh Hefner" and he brought a playboy bunny with him. ;)

We DVR all of our shows or we catch them "On Demand" if we forgot to set up the DVR. I love that smackin' people ont he back of the head move of his...there are a LOT of people I would like to do that too.

Yes, I am an "older" woman...and definitely feeling it lately.

I'm going to try to finish up Sunday, Monday and coming home day over the weekend. I seem to be losing followers :sad2: and I think I've dragged this on long enough (over a month).

You have not dragged this on !!!Marv needs the space between updates to pick on you!!!!!:lmao:

Just saw your reply on my TR. :goodvibes Everything is just fine - just busy. I put a little note about life at the start of my last replies - it just basically says things have been busy, we are going to St. Lucia for a wedding in 2 weeks, then to Minnesota for Thanksgiving. Plus, I've recently decided to go back to work, so job hunting/resume tweaking, etc is taking up some of my computer time.

I'm sloooooooooooowly catching up on the DIS. I'll be back here to reply sometime soon - this week! I wanted to get an update in on my TR while I had a good 2 hours to sit and focus.

Thank you for the concern though!

I am ALWAYS here...well, even when I am not here I am here :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

I want crab legs right now....Special K for breakfast and lunch at the office is making me insane! Too busy to get out to buy lunch, maybe this could work in my favor

Another great evening with good company!!!!

Crab legs!!!!!!!! MMMMMMMMMM

drooling-homer-simpson.jpg

I can dig into some of those right now!!!!!

How did Grumpy let you lake that pic of his shirt? :lmao::lmao:

Great Halloween pictures, looks like a fun party...
sounds like a great end to your day with Nicki and Todd! sorry to hear that you guys were still feeling the effects of the accident; but, doesn't sound like you let it bother you guys...we usually get our crab fix at one of the MS gulf coast casinos, now you have me wanting some and that's out for a few weeks ;)
:wave2: Connie
