a Memory Maker question.....looking for help

I pre purchased Memory Maker for our upcoming trip in a few weeks.
Somehow someone other than me ended up being in charge of the account.
She is listed in my family and friends.......and is supposed to go on this trip, but may not. She has no tickets, no MDE account of her own. The only non family member going.
I want to be in charge of course.

I was told there is a reassign link, but I don't see it anywhere. I see for ticket reassigning, but not MM.
Any ideas how to get my name back in charge. I am trying to get it done without calling, I don't have enough time to sit on the phone for an hour or more right now.
I do have email into the department.....the told me about the reassign line.....and now I have another into them, saying I don't see one.
Thought maybe I could get faster help here.

Not sure how you are accessing it, via PC, Iphone, Ipad, etc. I noticed that the views can be different depending on how you access it. I had much better time using things on a PC then using either an IPad or Iphone. I have no problem seeing the reassign links. Can't tell you where the link is because just returned from my trip two days ago and things now look different now that my trip is past.

Is it under the Memory Maker where the conf # is and the name of the person in charge?

I believe it was an option that could be changed when you clicked on "View and Download Photos"

I remember things were always annoying, before I actually saved the link on my system the only way to access Memory Maker from My Disney Experience was to click on "My reservations" and then click on "View and Download Your Disney Photopass Photos". Sorry I can't be more help, you will probably either need to get help from Disney or from someone that hasn't used their account yet.

If it is assigned to her and she doesn't have a MDE account, I don't think YOU can do anything to change it and will probably have to call. On my account, the link to reassign is under my reservations/tickets section. There it shows that I have the MM and gives me the option to reassign it. I can also see there that my mom has a MM entitlement, but it does not give me the option to reassign hers (though she has that option under her account).
 
I would be on the phone NOW with the MDE i.t. department. They should have no problem reassigning the Memory Maker to your account.
 
I called......phone was answered right away :yay:
Then it took 45 minutes to resolve.
They couldn't get the other name deleted, but finally got my name added, so all is good now.
