A little Poly help please

We are checking in March 14. Can anyone tell me what buildings are DVC. We are studio/ lake view. A balcony/ patio is super important to us. Do all of the DVC studios have one, or do some have that second floor mini balcony? TIA!

Only the Moorea building has Lake View DVC studios. All DVC LV studios have either a full balcony (floors 2 & 3) or a patio (floor 1). Most here suggest you request 3rd floor for the best balcony views.

The other two DVC buildings (Pago Pago & Tokelau) have only standard view studios. Moorea has both.

I'm interested in knowing about the balconies as well. We have a standard view, do they all have a regular size balcony?

Yes - for 2nd & 3rd floors. First floor has patios.

We were there in February and stayed in the Tokelau building, in a Standard View studio. Our room was close to the lake so we had a partial view of the fireworks. We loved the resort, especially the new hot tub (which we appreciated when it was too cold to go in the pool). Our boys loved the kids water play area.

If you are not familiar with the Poly you might want to check out the Tikiman website. It's super helpful. One thing to know is that there is a laundry facility you can use in the Moorea Longhouse on the 1st floor. Washers & dryers are free if you are staying with DVC.

I've heard reviews that there is a lot of noise from the boats in the morning for those with lake view, so you might want to consider bringing a noise machine or using a white nose app on a smartphone while you sleep. Enjoy!

We had second floor last month. View was still great and had no problems seeing anything over the bungalows.

Mom2Four- You should be thrilled to be one of the 1st to know that the opening of the quiet pool is on March 12th with a grand opening on March 17th! I was the first DVC member to sit in a new pool bar stool on Monday. Was in Tokelau 2913- floor 2 room 13 one room away from end closest to lake. Standard room, but had a great view of the GF, beach and could lean out slightly to see fireworks. Could see the lake Electric light boat parade as well from balcony. I would recommend requesting a studio on the side facing the pool since it will be open.
