I only said Alison, because she has been down there at least three times in the last month just to meet up with people. She met Bret and PIO on one trip, Pam on another and me on another. Those are just the ones I know about.

I would say the same thing that Alison has visited the Disneyland Resort more times then me this year. With these two upcoming trips coming up in a few weeks and next month, the total trips in this year is 7 for me.

Well counting trips through the turnstiles...who knows. However, since I make such casual trips out there, I can think of...at least a dozen trips so far we have made through the turnstiles and that doesn't include the ones I can't remember and since I've typed this I came with two more. We do go out there on a whilm, so we don't count.

It was fantastic. I was glad to come home though, because we were so exhausted. We are planning a surprise birthday trip to Disneyland from the 5th-8th of December for Xander's 7th birthday, so we will be back there soon. We have APs for Universal that expire 12/31/13. I would love to make it there at least one more time before they expire. We were there on Monday, but it was only four hours.

How awesome is that! I would love to just pick up and go to Disney without any planning. One day, I hope to live close enough to the parks to do that.

7 trips in one year is a lot in one year. This year has been one of my most enjoyable years at the DLR. I have gone with family members and friends (PiO and franandaj) where I have done solo or with my DA in the past. 7 hour drive is still a long way to go to SoCal and back but they are still great since I can see my grandmother on the way to SoCal.

My next month trip will be on the 26th to 29th which is the busiest time of the year. But my family said that they can go at that time since they are out of school. I would never go during that time of the year unless I go during New Years Eve. This will be a challenging trip with all the crowds. Hopefully it won't be as busy as I read and hear from other reports.
