We are still under a “shelter in place” order of sorts but slowly opening too.
Lakes and reservoirs opening up Monday for boating and fishing at least (we are a little unsure if picnicking and such will be allowed with social distancing of course).
Beaches will be open Monday at least in one county.
And non-essential businesses can reopen as long as they can use curb side pick up. (No shopping in a store yet).
There was more about barbers and salons but I think they are talking about them being able to limit the number on the business at one time and masks and gloves being used.
School is out the rest of the year. Most of the colleges have already decided to stay completely or mostly online through the summer. Our community college will allow small controlled groups on campus (CTE program labs). Student service offices will re-open but we too will have only a small number in at any one time.

A county near me has increased its positive cases fourfold over the last 10 days.
