I guess we were both too busy to attend the Dis meet in Manhattan tonight.
I'm just about to go water change my fish tanks and then finish packing the carry ons for our NYC Magic cruise.
Kindle and Nook are both charged and synched.
Just came back from the nail salon. No time to cook, so got take out.

Hope the weather hold up for you. Looking on the bright side, rain means less crowds. Enjoy your stay at the Wyndham.

Tom's just worried that the Publix won't have any food. We'll be just fine. I grew up 1.5 blocks from the water on Long Island and we survived several hurricanes so I may not be scared most people. We packed some jigsaw puzzles and Disney Headbanz and some DVDs so we can enjoy some time in the villa. I think bad weather is where the extra space will really be nice!!! Plus we have the car so we can go to the movies. Jessica is dying to see The Odd Life of Timothy Green. We could check out the dine in theater at DTD.

Speaking of dying- you know the end to the movie, right? I haven't seen it but there is a lot of publicity going around about kids' reactions and parents' surprise about how the movie concludes.

Speaking of dying- you know the end to the movie, right? I haven't seen it but there is a lot of publicity going around about kids' reactions and parents' surprise about how the movie concludes.

We safely arrived. A blessedly in eventful flight. Some minor drama at the Alamo rental counter. Publix was a pleasure. And we love our room at Wyndham Bonnet Creek! Compared to DVC the bedrooms are smaller but the living area is bigger and nicer (a real dining room table!). Just had a nice dinner at Benihana and heading back to put sleepy kids to bed.

I have to say that, so far at least, WBC is an AWESOME location. 10 min or less to DTD (we ate at the Benihana in the Hilton which is just past DTD). So easy to get there! And it seems that Epcot is right here, too. (No parks yet today.)
We wanted a fireworks view room in Tower 1 but ended up with a 1st floor room overlooking mini-golf. It's actually a better view because the fireworks view rooms face the parking lot. Fireworks at night but yuck all day. Kids are eager to check out the pools. DHS is often a half-day (or more like 2pm) for us so we'll hope for no afternoon thunderstorms tomorrow. Monday may be a wash-out, in which case we may try the dine-in. I'm thinking Paranorman may be the movie of choice after Dee's helpful warning. We'll see.

Glad to hear you've arrived safely Sounds like you're off to a great start. We did the dine in movie (dont have that here) and really enjoyed it! Huge novelty factor for us-comfy seats, food and drinks brought to you and my youngest fell in love with our server because she was "the m and m lady" and lets face it when you are 5 anyone who delivers sweeties to you personally is all you've ever dreamed off

And in many cases it is the MOM who gets it or is already dead before the movie even starts!

Glad to hear things seem to be going well so far. Sounds like you had a nice dinner at Bennihana and are finding it easy to get around.

I'm also happy you saw my message about the movie. I didn't know that until this week when I started seeing news reports of kids who were very upset after seeing the movie.

Ben saw Paranorman and really liked it.

Good day today at DHS. Less efficient than ideal touring but that's fine. Big kids did JTA (Zachary decided to pass). We rode TSM - I scored 133,600 but Tom still did better. RNR. Star Tours. Tom took Nathaniel on ToT - which is a MAJOR victory (I'm hoping I get to ride later in the week). Zachary and Tom saw Disney Junior. That show never gets old for Zachy. I will probably miss this stage when he outgrows it. Lots of rain today but it was fine.
Neve made it to Great Movie Ride or any other shows.
It was raining too much for swimming.
We thought outside the box and went to Tchoup Chop at Royal Pacific for dinner. Food was great - kids ate really well. Kids were awful in car.
Tomorrow will be rainy. Hoping to still do Epcot...

Yay for TOT!!! I do hate that ride but DS11 loves it. I've heard that Tchoup Chop is very good. We ate at Emeril's last year and it was excellent!
