This will be a BRIEF update until I have time for more....
Start of school went well. Nathaniel has a wonderful 3rd grade teacher and he has the same beloved teacher's aide in his class as last year. Best of all the teacher's aide is there ALL day. He seems to be doing VERY well and I am thrilled beyond measure. For those who followed his terrible school year last year, you know that I want to cry with relief.
Jessica is not thrilled that the expectations in 1st grade are much higher than kindergarten but she has a great teacher and a good class. She'll get used to it soon enough. I think she's just exhausted and will adjust.
Zachary is Zachary.

He started PT/OT again, got his new orthotics, and is just fine.
Work was super busy this week. I'm on call this weekend. I love many things about my job but sometimes I just feel overwhelmed. My new junior partner had her new baby while I was at Disney and I can't wait for her to come back from maternity leave (not that I begrudge her a single minute but I miss her!).
We're probably getting a 2nd desktop computer for Christmas so I'm trying to clean out the office area so we can figure out where to put it. Believe it or not there are still boxes in this room from when we moved 3 years ago. I suck.

I cleared off the desk today. I have 3 months to finish this project and I will do it a little at a time. Give me strength!
Today I edited my photopass photos and ordered the CD. I'm mostly happy with them. There are some really great family pictures and also some great pictures of the kids. Will share photos when the disk arrives!
I will be back at Disney in less than 3 weeks! Three weeks from tonight is the Tower of Terror 10 mile race. My training is going well. I ran 12.5 miles on Monday. Yesterday I did 2.71 miles at 11:04 pace (which is fast for me). This weekend is "only" 3 miles (tomorrow). Next weekend is 14 miles (plus walking 3.5 miles the day before the 14 mile run - Goofy training has arrived!). ToT will be a training run so I'm not looking to set any records or anything. I'm actually in Corral B which shocks me since I consider myself slow. I guess there are a lot of newbie runners at this race. (Most bigger races divide runners into starting groups or corrals based on pace. The faster runners start first - Corral A - and a few minutes later the next group starts. I'm starting with the 2nd group or in the 1st half of the runners. Usually I'm further back.

Will try to update my cruise trip report soon and start this trip report!
Love to all!
