A couple OKW questions?

We will be arriving this Sunday at OKW. I was wondering where you get the boat to DTD and where in DTD does it arrive. Also how long does it take? Is it quicker than the bus? I've read that if you are at the HH at OKW you can take a DTD bus to get back to your room(closest bus stop). Is this true? Also do all buses stop at the HH before leaving the resort. I want to know that if our rooms further away I can hop on a bus to get to HH and back to our room by a bus. Thanks.

You catch the boat to DTD at the boat dock near the Hospitality House. It docks near at the Marketplace at DTD after a stop at SSR. You can take the internal or DTD bus from the Hospitality House back to the other villas because it should stop both first and last at the HH. Make sure it isn't on the second HH stop when you get on at the HH. Otherwise, you can walk over to the Peninsular Road bus stop (first stop for all other buses) and ride from there. That one is just across the bridge from the HH.

The boat starts running at noon, I believe. The dock at OKW is at the pier at the HH. I am not sure of how long it takes, but it is a very pleasant ride if you are not rushed. It stops at SSR and the dock by House of Blues, then the final stop is at the Marketplace, near Cap'n Jacks and Rainforest Cafe. The bus also stops (I think!) at Typhoon Lagoon before DTD, so which is faster? It's a toss-up. LOL!

So if you take the boat from OKW to DTD to see La Nouba, then should you get off at the HOB stop? Thanks.

It doesn't always stop at HOB, be sure to ask the skipper. If s/he will stop at HOB, then , yes, that would be the best stop for LaNouba. If the DVC ferry isn't stopping at HOB, then there is a cross over ferry from Capt. Jack's to HOB.

When we were there in June we rode the boat from both OKW and SSR several times. It never stopped at HOB, only to the Marketplace so be sure to ask. We liked the boat far more than the bus.
