So the other day I posted that we had made our last ADR.....or so I thought! DH was-I thought-really excited about Biergarten. Then the other day I was going over everything and happened to mention it would have been cool to check out all the food in the different countries. He likes this idea and wants to get rid of our Biergarten ADR. I quit! I ask him what he wants and bam-breakfast it is. I call back, and here lies the eternal quest for breakfast ADRs. We were suggested Spoodles. I haven't read anything good about Spoodles lately, so that made me a little nervous, but I checked out the menu and sounds good to me! So hopefully our FINAL itinerary is this:

June 22: Check into CSR
540 at Narcoosee's
Head to MK or AK-but probably MK

June 23: MK day
445 ADR at Crystal Palace

June 24: AK day
1145 ADR at Rainforest Cafe

June 25: Epcot day
800 ADR at Spoodles
540 ADR at Garden Grill

June 26: HS day
Eat lunch at HS
Eat dinner somewhere and head to MK for PM EMH to end the trip

Disney here we come!! One month and counting


Oh and I totally have resort jealousy. A friend of mine booked a Disney cruise and decided to book a few days at the parks. Since not much was left, her family will be at the Boardwalk! Sigh....Jealousy isn't very becoming, but argh! If only I had another 400 bucks.....

Dear DH, If I do not get to meet Sleeping Beauty while at WDW we will have issues.

One thing you may want to consider, ask if your DH can do the flag retreat at the MK. It is only for veterans or active duty military people. No one else can do it. It is a very neat thing. However; very hard to get, you have to go to City Hall at the MK and ask first thing in the morning. My brother-in-law got to do that on our last trip in June 08.

Oh and not that it matters now, but I say no rental car either. I was there for 10 days, and only got one because we went to Seaworld one day. Otherwise I never needed it.

I read you wanted to do Spoodles for breakfast. I know there have been changes there recently. You may want to make sure they are still doing that there. Or have you changed that and I just missed it.

Thanks! I'm glad I have more readers We're not getting a rental car anymore. I don't want to have to worry about directions and tolls and blah.

As for Spoodles, I guess that they're serving breakfast until July 1 so we'll just make it Thanks for the shout out to the Tag fairy....it's totally true though!! I've loved Sleeping Beauty since I was 3, but have never met her!

Well I found out the other day that a friend of mine is going with her family for a few days. We're getting there the same day as them so we're going to try for a gtg at least one of the days. We have ADRs for Crystal Palace and tried to add them, but that's a no go-it's a busy day for the CP! So I'm currently on the phone trying to see if we can 'grow' our ADR for the Rainforest Cafe in AK. Here's hoping! Either way-I get to meet up with a friend-FUN!

BONUS! All of my Mickey Mail has shown up and I'm still in Japan! I was dreading the mail issues that plague our post office here. I was so worried that it would either not show up at all, or would show up when my husband was here. He'd forget it-might even forget to check the mail! Luckily it came in time It makes the whole trip seem more and more real 8 days until I leave for home and 19 days until we leave for Disney!

On the sad (well more annoying) side, I STILL haven't gotten my tshirts from the Disney store I got our custom shirts, but haven't seen the other shirts we bought. I bought them specifically for Disney, so I'm kind of bummed. Oh well. At least we'll have our custom ones!

I had to share this I scrapbook, and I decided that I could make a cool little autograph book for less than I could buy one. I have a bunch of disney themed paper and I used Close to My Heart Giggles and Grins for this book. Credit also goes to DISer chaoscent for the art. I got the link from Creative DISigns board and printed the linked pictures on paper, then pasted to colonial white cardstock! The book is also from Close to My Heart.

Less than 2 weeks go! I'm so excited to be going home, and Disney is the icing on the cake! I have 2 days left here in Okinawa, and then I'll be leeeeeeeeeeaving on a jet plane My bags are packed and ready to go! I have an almost 3 hour flight to Tokyo and then a lovely 12 hour flight to San Francisco. My last day here is going to be spent charging everything so I don't go stir crazy on the plane. At least this time I won't be shoved in the back row with an old man who doesn't speak any English. At that time I knew like 3 words in Japanese, and that was a looooong flight.

I have my trip binder made, my autograph book ready to go (and another one for a friend of mine) and my custom Aurora shirt. The only thing I don't have are my shirts that I ordered on the Disney Store that never came in! Oh well. 2 weeks until fun in the sun and the Mouse House

Congratulations on getting everything finalized. I hope your disney shirts come at the last minute. If not, well, it's a perfect excuse for some souvenir shopping while you're at WDW.

I don't envy you that long flight. I've been to Japan twice. I'd like to go back, but am not sure I can suffer through the rider over and back again. Have a safe flight and a wonderful vacation!

Thank you! I haven't gotten a chance to write since before I left, but the day before we got our shirts in the mail! I couldn't believe it, it was perfect, I pulled mine out and slapped them right into my suitcase-and made DH promise to bring both of his They fit, and they're cute!!!

As for the flight-UGH. I swear that plane was smaller than anything else I've ever been on. If I hadn't had an aisle seat, I don't know if I would have made it. It is KILLER. And I get to do it 2 more times-on the way back, and when we FINALLY move!

One week to go! I have a planning binder-that I may or may not use, but it's got a bunch of pockets and it's small so we'll see-I have my autograph book, my shirts, my Mickey Mail....I'm ready to go!! I leave San Francisco later tonight, and I'll be at home for 5 days then DISNEY HERE WE COME!

Holy cow! I have tomorrow, my DH flies in from Japan on Sunday and Monday we head to Orlando! I'm so excited. I have to pack on Sunday-can't wait-and I'm sure I'll forget something

I tried the new online reservation system for ADRs and FINALLY(!!!) got my prized Princess meal! I've been trying since my 90 day mark with no success. I had a bright idea today, checked and VOILA! There it was! We're eating a VERY late lunch that day, so I chose a late dinner time so we'd be ok. I get to eat with Aurora now Poor DH, I haven't talked to him yet, so he'll get to hear about this when we're about to leave. Oh well....

Heck yes! With millions of pictures I'm sure I'm hopefully going to be able to do a couple live reports too-taking the laptop, we'll see if I can use it lol!

YAY! Tomorrow is the day! I pick my DH up tonight from his Loooooooooooooooooooong flight from Japan and we head out tomorrow I got a few last things settled-including a rain jacket! I have a severe loathing of ponchos, so I'm happy now! I'm packed (minus my laptop that I'm currently on) I have my binder, all my info-I'm SET! Hopefully I'll get to meet some DISers-I picked up my lime green mickey heads, and have my door decorations ready to go.

I get to go to Mickey's house tomorrow!!
