<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=#006400> Back when everyone was planning for Discon, I had asked on the host board if anyone could pick up a special hat I wanted to give my dd, Kelly.

We had seen Rajah and VonDrake earlier at Disneyland, and Kelly just about swooned when she saw Rajah's Tigger Safari Hat. They don't carry it at Disneyland - we've checked many times.

So, I got the idea to ask if someone could get it for me and send it to us. There were several offers, but Glo offered first, and I took her up on it.

Glo not only got the hat, she sent it to us in time for Kelly to open it up on Christmas Day, and she told me it was her gift to Kelly.

I am so touched by Glo's thoughtfulness and generosity.

Thank you again, Glo. You're another example of the wonderful people here on the DIS. A big, big hug for you.

... oh, and I heard that there were a few "reminders," led by Marla. I know Glo didn't need the reminders, but hearing about it gave me the warm fuzzies. You guys are the best!

Yes, I got more than one reminder, no one was going to let me forget, but I was not leaving without it. Love the picture of Kelly in it though...I am very glad she liked it.
