My wife joined your challenge back in Jan and put me on a strick 1400 to 1800 a day calorie diet as well. Well in just a week shy of 4 months I lost 45lbs and have gone from a 44 waist to a 36... I wanted to thank you all for the great support you give over here. I plan on losing another 35 to 40 pounds
