A bad, bad WL manager

Any body know how this guy got his hands on the guest's wallet? It said that he took it from his wallet.

I would really like to know the answer to that question! Did he enter the guest's room? Did he use a master key to open their safe? Was the wallet placed in a safety deposit box at the front desk and he had a key to the box?

Did he find it? Lift it? Take it as Lisa said? Not that it makes it any better but it sure could make it worse!
