The fewer days you ask for the better the chances. Nevertheless, 4 days for AKV concierge at 7 months out is going to be very difficult if not impossible (a couple have reported sucees, but many have reported not being able to get it even when calling more than 7 months out but less than exactly 11; I remember a couple reported that at Christmas time they could not even get it by calling exactly 11 months out because their start date was after December 25, they wanted NY Eve and those booking for trips beginning Dec 25 had already taken all AKV concierge rooms for the Christmas week).
BLT lake view stands a much better chance, particularly considering that lake views are 69% of all rooms at BLT although even there a few have reported not getting BLT lake view for some times of the year 7 months out or having to wait list.
Once you have BLT, getting a lake view that also sees MK is hit or miss. That involves a limited number of rooms on the north side of BLT (if you think of BLT building as a big C-shape, the lake views that also see MK are a number of those looking out from the very top of that C. You can request that area, but the request is not guaranteed.
Also, if you have not done AKV yet, you should understand that as far as view goes, the regular savanna view rooms have the better views and thus if you are thinking you get a great view with concierge, you are not correct. Three of the 2BR concierge lock-offs have savanna view but it is not the best of views. The other two concierge 2BR lock-offs have a pool view. You can request savanna view but it is not guaranteed.
What about 1Br villa LV for 4 days at BLT? We are just trying to get the most bang for the buck with our extra points

Is it easier to get 3-4 days at a resort then trying to get more then 4? Just wondering?
