911- fish help

its summer and my tank water ends up about 85 degrees by mid day!!! What do I do to keep it cooleer?

Required water temp.: 70-79 degrees Fahrenheit

I just asked my dh & he said to buy a chiller.

We have window ones but wont install them for the last 9 days im living here. I tossed in a coupla M&M shaped ice packs and it seems to be working.
