I live right next to Disney, went tons of times both times while pregnant. My doctors advise was not to ride anything that I could not take an infant on. Made it much simpler than listing rides
I went to Disneyland/DCA when I was 12 weeks pregnant. It was my first time there, and as much as I wanted to experience the roller coasters and thrill rides (INDY!!!), I skipped them based on my own research, Disney's recommendations and my doctor's recommendations. I do think it makes sense to ask your OB/Midwife, but I wouldn't rely ONLY on that personally, as most OB/Midwives don't know the disney attractions all that well. That's just me.
In DCA, I did ride the Radiator Spring Racers after watching the YouTube video and reading reviews. It looked as tame or tamer than driving in a car down the road. I had a blast and I felt totally safe. I also went on Star Tours but I was a nerd and "hovered" my butt over the seat instead of sitting down so I didn't get jostled. Probably wouldn't do that one pregnant again--not because I think anything would happen...but because it wasn't worth it.
I rote on the back row of the Safari at AK on my recent trip (not pregnant!) and I could definitely see how a pregnant woman would not be comfortable in that last row--you really get tossed around. If I visit AK pregnant, I would ask for the front few rows.
Anything like thunder mountain type ride I would think wouldn't be good. Splash mountain I would think would be good smooth transitions plus the big drop is a smooth transition. stay away from tea cups. Tower of terror is out.
Test Track as well. Pirates is ok there is a drop but small and smooth.
