I haven't watched AI since the first season. My entire family is hooked on the show. Something about Ryan Seacrest makes me want to run from the room, screaming. Are you excited to check out the new AI attraction??

Call me a cradle robber, but I have a thing for Zac Efron. Ever since I saw him in Hairspray. I was like 'That's the kid from HSM??'

i'm a bit lost in the AI conversation, cant stand Pop Idol (the UK version) so not really keen on the US version either!

I am pretty sure that we are on the first seating for dinner. We booked the cruise with a voucher from the Disney Vacation Club...so they basically told me what I had. The only thing that really mattered to me was getting a verandah, so I paid extra to get that. Are all of you are eating at the late seating?

Also, how many people are participating in the FE goodie exchange? I was already planning on decorating the door...since I have done window and door decorating before.....It's not the greatest picture...I was in a hurry to get to the parks!

Okay, i'm a little sad tonight. I was watching Dancing With the Stars for the first time, because Holly from the Girls Next Door was on it. She got kicked off tonight!! I guess she DID kind of stink at dancing...but still!! LOL

I am in for the FE!!! Jen, your DBF sounds like my DH. I was telling him about it on the phone, and he was like...just wait till I get home, this sounds complicated. I think it is a little over his head!!

I already have my brilliant idea for my FE gift!! It was like a vision, it came to me while I was driving home (it IS a very long, 60 mile ride each way). So now I just have to find the stuff for it, I already found part. YEA!!

I am making door magnets. I already made one, just to test out the magnet paper. I have some other stuff saved. Someone sent me a really nice image because they saw that it was our 5th wedding anniversary -- it's really nice!! I'm getting super excited!! Now if only there was more planning to do...

Karen i am so sorry that i wasn't able to send yo my Ressie stuff i was at davids bridal helping my mom, grandmother and one of my bridesmaids order their dresses (headache and all) I am finally home and i am still in pain.
THANK YOU MARY FOR SENDING KAREN MY RESSIE STUFF!!!! I really appreciate it and i am so glad that we will be sitting together. I will do the FE if yall could explain to me what exactly to do? I have no idea if it is giving yall gifts the only thing i can think of would be too expensive i can only think of the shirts that i made for me and my DFi but make some for yall to commemorate the trip and our dining buddies but if yall have any other ideas feel free to tell me b/c i am lost on what to do and what exactly FE is?

Wow you have a 120 mile commute each day? Before DH and I got married mine was 90 round trip. I really feel for you! How long does that actually take you? I work in Rosemont, so when I lived in Lansing it could be anywhere from an hour to two hours depending on traffic on 294.

My step-daughter, Brittany, manages a David's Bridal here in Chicago. When her Dad and I got married I got my dress at cost. It was nice to have the savings, although my dress was very plain...so it wasn't really expensive to begin with.

Brittany's had lots of embroidery on it, so for her the discount was huge

oh grrr. why do disney keep making this so hard?
i booked with the US free dining offer at ASM for £909 ($1273), i can get SSR through the UK free dining offer for only £183 more (about $256). dont know what to do now!!!
got til 15th july to book it though so i've got a while to think about it.
what would you do?

I am stumped on ideas for FE. I need to get creative! The only things I could think of would be too pricey! Lainey, we can help each other out.

Mary - That's a long commute!! Mine is 30 miles each way and that drives me crazy sometimes so I can only imagine yours! Oh and my DBf does not understand the concept of an FE I have to show him pictures or something, I guess!

Those are pretty dresses, Donna! I was in first seating but I switched to second seating because it seemed like everyone else on this thread was in second! Me, Mary, Karen, and Lainey are all going to sit together. It'll be nice to sit with people I somewhat know!

Donna, It takes me around 1 hour if the traffic is good. One day it took me 8 hours to get home during a snow storm. Now THAT was enjoyable!! LOL. Occasionally, I will just stay up here if it's going to be really bad. Now my job is a little more flexible, so I can just work from home if it's supposed to be gross outside.

Lainey, I started reading the Twilight books (all your fault, LOL). I have finished the first one and already have the second one. I really liked the first one!! Now I guess I will have to see the movie!!

Jen, on the fish extender thing, Tim (my DH) just thinks i'm nuts. He kept calling it my fish extensions -- . Whatever, he will not be complaining when we get cool stuff!!

Yes it was a joyous occasion that day. I took a cab to the train station by work, one train to chicago, switched trains in downtown chicago, then the train i was on to home got stuck because of the snow for 3 hours, then there was a medical emergency on the train and we had to have an ambulance come meet us, then my car was stuck in the snow at the station so my DH had to come dig me out, then I couldn't get out of the parking lot anyways (i have a small car) so he had to drive me home. LOADS of fun that was!! And he wonders why I want to live in FL?!?!?!

I am getting excited about my FE gift. I have figured out all of the stuff, now I have to just go get it. Lainey, just to give you an idea, i'm making something homemade, and it is only around $3 each. So it doesn't have to be super expensive!! It's just fun!!

hiya everyone!
i've kinda decided what to do for my FE gifts too, but i cant really get into it until much closer to the time as we dont know how many people we'll end up with on here by the time the cruise comes around! but still looking forward to doing it!

My DBf will be the same Mary. As soon as we get some goodies, he'll be happy we (I) decided to participate in the FE.

gary did this last time, he was kinda humoring me about the FE thing all the way up to and including getting on the cruise, but it turned out that he was checking it before me all the time! he was really getting into it!

Yeah the Twilight series is very addictive my mom got me hooked on it and i had never really wanted to read them but as soon as i heard the first one(Audio Book) I couldn't stop but the second one by far is the saddest i cried when i listened to it but then again i am a very emotional person (dorky i know) I really like the movie my mom said that there were some cheesy effects at certain parts but i had to tell her that the budget for the first movie wasn't that big it was actually supposed to be sort of an independent film type but since they earned so much money on the first one the second one has a much bigger budget and i heard that they have gone ahead and signed to do the 3rd and 4th books already so my addiction will be satisfied.
I really want to do the FE thing but i will have to wait to buy the stuff since we are kinda on a budget here til most of the wedding stuff is paid off.
Someone was asking about pictures of my wedding dress i will post them in a few minutes as soon as i load them into photobucket.
