OUR TRANSATLANTIC LISTING OPEN.....

Just saw this morning that this cruise is showing up again as available to book -- but they are only showing inside staterooms.

I've seen a couple of cabins open recently but they have all said nothing is available for my party size, which is 2 adults. Seems there are only singles open?

Did you try booking an inside one to see if it accommodates two? I don't think Disney has single only cabins.

I mean it said no cabins were available that would accommodate 2 adults. I'm assuming that means lifeboat station is full or something. Anyway, it wouldn't let me go any farther.

Oh, bummer. Sorry about that. I know more will open up as PIF approaches.

hello I'm new to this forum BUT wanted to know if anyone knows how to join or find the Facebook page for this cruise?

If you are going on this cruise and want to be listed on page one, please provide me details of how many in your group and your stateroom number or category.

We are not allowed to mention FB on this site, and many of us don't use it, so can't advise on how to find it.

Keep looking! I was able to book a cabin last week.

I think cabin wise this next few months will show a lot of opening up. I assume some of this is because people are switching to 2018 reservations so when the 2018 WBTA comes out (before May) I think we will see a lot of movement

So I think I may be almost fully organised - shocked at this! I feel far too organised
  • Bus to airport booked & paid for (although spotted a schedule change!)

  • Hotel in Barcelona booked (pay for at hotel 130 Euros)
  • Transfer from hotel to ship booked (part of hotel costs)
  • Cruise booked & paid for
  • Cadiz hop on hop off bus booked & paid for
  • Lisbon hop on hop off bus booked & paid for
  • Ponte Degalda tour chosen (can't book until booking window $52) - Sete Cidias, Lake Vista, Botanical Gardens & Pineapple Plantation
  • St John's tour chosen (can't book until booking window $99) - Rum & Rascals tour
  • Transfer to hotel in New York booked (pay driver $52)
  • Hotel in New York booked & paid for
  • New York VIP hop on hop off bus tour (48 hours) booked and paid for

I feel like there must be something I'm forgetting here? Anyone spot anything obvious?

What RedSox68 says is unfortunately true, but we're very happy to welcome you here =)

:offtopic: Speaking of my tag name -- we are doing a tour of Fenway Park later this year and I am beyond excited. I have actually only seen one game there-- in 1968 with a class trip, and they lost (27-7). But I can't wait to see the inner workings!

Wow! Excellent! I'm still contemplating some of my plans. The VIP hop on hop off bus in NYC sounds like a great idea. :-)

I booked through a UK company and it means that at 6 stops that are the most popular (time square included) you get priority boarding. Its with Citysightseeing and was £65 for 48 hour all around ticket. I think through them direct its slightly more but can't see the $ price as converts it to £'s due to my location - http://www.city-sightseeing.com/tour-details/united-states-of-america/new-york.htm?id=6321
It includes the harbour cruise too so should be good!

We booked the private chauffeur tour for Girona/Costa Brava on the 14th. You will love Montserrat -- we did it in 2007 and it was a beautiful place with so much history and great views.

I am reconsidering the private tour on September 15 and am wondering if you are using any type of guidebook/websites for these locations. It is less expensive to do this tour without the actual guide and with just the driver. I am also wondering if we do choose to book this private tour then Barcelona Day Tours will give us pricing on airport and hotel pickups.

We booked our airport to hotel and hotel to port transportation with them -- it was 60 Euro each way (not per person). Well worth the price as we got to choose the pick-up times. We booked that separately from the excursion. The transportation has to be paid when booking, but the excursion can be paid upon arrival.

I have been interested in doing this. I do have a question/concern: when I mentioned this idea to my travel agent she warned me of her own similar experience in Barcelona. She said that the tour agency quoted a great price for the transfer and then proceeded to charge $10 per bag at the end of the ride.

I'm hoping that was an anomaly, but just sharing what I heard in case you want to confirm with your transfer service.

I booked with Barcelona Day Tours and assume that since we had to pay up front, and they did not mention any other fees other than gratuity, that we should be good. I will confirm with them as the time gets closer

Hello. I am new to this group. I read through it and see several mentions of a post card exchange and reference to fish extenders, but is there actually an FE group that has been started for this cruise? We would like to participate.

Hi MonieS and welcome to our cruise group! We do not have a Fish Extender going within this group because I think most decided it would be easier to carry postcards overseas (no matter your direction).
