Our family would be interested in the FE group. We are also doing the back2back. We don't have our room assigned yet, but it will be me (Michelle), my DH John and my DD Megan (8) in one room and my mom (grandma Cathy) and my ds Jacob (12) in another room. We would have FE for each room. Thanks!

Thought it was time to finally "check-in" on this thread as well. I'm Kimberly (Kimmy), Renegade7 / Johanna's roommate.

We're doing the B2B and she's got most of our planning under control. But I wanted to check here and see if anyone else was coming into Barcelona before the Med cruise and what time of sight-seeing they are planning on doing. Johanna & I were both planning on landing on the 5th to give us a few extra days but when we (separately) went to book our flights I had to move mine back a day and she had to move hers up so I've got 2 days in Barcelona alone. Not that I can't find some way to pre-occupy myself, but if some other group was going to be there already then that would be great!

Also, I know we've already worked out who we're actually sitting with for the 24 nights but wondered if anyone was turning in an all-inclusive list to DCL so that everyone (at each seating) would be in the same dining room and relatively close together.

oh, BTW, does anyone have an updated list of everyone doing the B2B? Just curious...

Granted.. I'm not booked yet (I'm waiting to get paid...) but I'm planning on flying in on the 5th and staying at the Eurostar Grand at the Marina...

Now that excursions are all booked, i am trying to plan out our Barcelona leg. We will be flying in on Monday th 6th, so we basically have 1 1/2 days in Barcelona to fill. Any suggestions on what to do in Barcelona?

We're used DCL to book our airfare but we're on a red eye flight the night of Monday the 6th and should be arriving early on the 7th...so we will have at least the afternoon and evening to do Barcelona, too. We were also going to be looking into what we could do other than just walk Las Ramblas. Last time we were there we took a DCL excursion to Park Guell but our time there was hectic and limited...so we are seriously considering heading up there for a more leisurely time to explore the park....and maybe just do one of the hop-on-hop off tour buses, as well.

We are doing the B2B so we will be in Barcelona for at least the morning between the two trips, as well....and we're thinknig of doing a DCL excursion in Barcelona that day.

We plan on doing the HOHO bus as well - We are arriving the morning of the 7th and a lot of it will depend on our daughter's mood to see how much we can pack in.

I think we will just walk along the promenade along the harbor and up the Ramblas ( I hope I am spelling that right)

We heard about them on the boards a while ago and came across them again on a google search. They also have an 11am tour. I think it came to about $35 per person.

This is a GREAT tour ...I did it the last time I was there ....they take you everywhere ....its worth every penny ...

WELL.....you ARE right about yellow flowers, but ALMOST everything else is BLUE BLUE BLUE.......I don't even bother buying sets of paints....only blue.
