Boma. Go for dinner on your Animal Kingdom day; the park closes earlier than the rest of the Disney parks and you'll be a 5 minute bus ride from AKL. I've seen them set up very long tables for large parties with no problem. It's a buffet, so there really is something for almost everyone, and don't be "put off" by the concept of African-influenced food. There are plenty of food options, including a kid-station with chicken fingers, mac-n-cheese, pasta, fries, hot dogs, etc. Their soups are amazingly good, and the roasted meats are very good, too. It's fixed price, so you know what it's gonna cost up-front, or only one credit on the meal plan. Dessert options are to die for, and after dinner you can explore the lodge and check out the animal viewing areas. To get back to OKW, take the bus to Disney Springs and transfer to your hotel.
