I have always used the Disney Club # to book my Dining and Reservations, but since it has been disolved, I wonder if anyone has an 800 #

I know this is listed somewhere but the seach is down ...thanks!

There are 800 #'s for certain groups like Disney Visa Card holders, etc. I'm not aware of a general 800 number being available.

Does anyone know of a number that is available for the general public?

1-800-828-0228
you can use it to make new reservations, change reservations, or if you wait through that menu it even lets you do go into disney dining and make priority seating. I use it all the time.

1800 828 0228 is WDTC They are the package bookers that can book anything for you but with a wonkey cancellation policy (according to these boards-doesnt bother me)

1 407 934 7639 is CRO, which is being fazed out by Disney from what I understand. They are the ones with the good cancellation policy and payment due at checkin.
I have 2 more that I have collected from other post but I dont know who they are for. I saved them just in case. Im a little anal.

1877 939 3732
1800 933 3975

You can try them to see if they are what you need. If you do let me know who, exactly, they are for so I can put a name to the face so to speak. Good Luck!

800-933-3975 is the old Disney Club #...it does not work anymore

The 800-933-3975......
it is the old Disney Club #, and the DC is no longer.

But I just called that # to make ressies.....
You will get a recording stating that the DC closed as of 12/31 and they ask you to call the 407-W DISNEY. Then there is silence. But if you hold on longer it transfers you to CRO.
I just made our ressies using that # this morning.

But, I doubt they will keep that # too much longer....maybe just til people realize the DC is done and stop calling it.

yes its wdtc but ask for cro and they'll transfer you no problem, I haven't had a problem yet.

I'm surprised noone has mentioned this one yet. I bought park hoppers from the Disney Store last weekend and on the receipt they have a tollfree number which is listed as my "vacation planning hotline". The number is 800-289-3434. I have NOT used this yet so don't know who answers. It also says to call by Sept 30th. The write up says I can use the number to book a stay, make dining arrangements, order a vacation planning video, or just get info.

The 800 number that you get when you buy tix at the Disney Store can only be used once you've purchased the tix. Most cast members in the stores don't even know about it. It comes on the bottom of your receipt. Actually, a second receipt that will print out after your regular one with all you payment info on it. When you call it, you will need to have the tix in hand as they ask for mucho info from the back. The CM I spoke to (Marli) was fabulous and was able to get us a terrific rate at POR for the end of this month (speaking of which, how do I post a countdown clock here?) and when I mentioned that I was having a hard time getting through to the PS people (also at the same number) she took care of all my PS for me!! All in all, I'd say that buying my tix here at home was completely worth it. I probably spent about $3 more per ticket than I would have at AAA, but the 800 number has more than paid for that. ::yes::

HillPete, if you go to the technical support forum you can get the instructions for the countdown clock.:bounce:

I use this number all of the time, and have cancelled reservations with no problem, got all of my deposit back. They have even said, "As long as you cancel before 5 days before the trip, it is fully refundable." They do answer WDTC, but they have always given me the same results as CRO without transferring me.

I'm assuming the new 800 number from the Disney Store was associated with vouchers and not the actual tickets? I was under the impression you couldn't get actual tickets from the stores. I also heard the vouchers were "plastic green cards" and spartan when it came to ID tags, numbers or dates. So just what extra information will they ask for to verify that I have one? Just hoping somebody can clear this up for me.

I am on with the # right now. It says they are doing a new system and they are really busy and to call back tomorrow (saturday) but if you would like to hold then do so. It then goes through the prompts like the CRO #. They also say the standard go to the website if you would like.

I went through the site that All Ears sent for a package and it came back saying the POR and CBR was sold out for the days in April I wanted to go to, and the Pop Century, premier rooms were sold out, but the standard ones were available as was AKL. I will see how long it takes for them to answer, since I don't have long distance it is a problem. :chat:

I was on hold for about 5 minutes and they are checking the rates with the CTN codes as we speak, she said they were slow. She then came back and said because there were 2 adults and 2 10 year olds they said I need 2 rooms, I told her no.

We bought a park hopper from the disney store last month before heading down to WDW and it was a ticket, not a voucher. It is plastic (unlike my AP which are paper) but it didn't have to be "activated" or anything.

I never noticed the 800 number - I will be sure to use it next time!

Does anybody know if you buy the tickets online and do "will call" pickup at a park, will they give you access and/or authorization to use this 800 before then?

Just curious if anyone has purchased the tix online recently and what their experience has been?

The tix from the Disney Store are actual tickets, not vouchers. The 800 number asks for dates and serial numbers from the back below the magnetic strip. HTH --HillPete

Don'tcha all have cell phones with free minutes (nights, wekeends, etc)? That's always how I call Disney for free! :)
