I just finished a cup of hot cocoa myself! :surfweb:

Judy: You DO see groundhogs but I did NOT make it groundhog day again I swear!!! :rotfl2:

Any of you who are under 30 POSTS post up and TAKE WHAT YOU CAN

GIVE NOTHING BACK pirate:

Ok, ok, I am working on it. I am locked in the battle between good (reading and posting to this Board) and evil (the little guy on my shoulder telling me I have to get some work done sometime!!). Right now the good side is winning out--plan on letting the other guy get his soon.

9-days and counting until 7-day eastern!!! :sail:

The "bad" side gets to win a few more on board--the sea has that effect on me. Oh wait--another pirate attribute me think. Oh my God, I am turning into a pirate!!! pirate:

Will you guys keep it down, please?? I'm trying to work here!
:duck: :duck: :duck: :lmao:

Disney Dream Job.........Mattress Tester for Disney Cruise Line

What do you mean, "that isn't a real job"???

Add us to the list of hopefuls! Just got back from the 1/13 7 day Eastern. DH believe that 7 days is too short for a cruise. He is actually excited about 15 days going through the canal. He never went through it in the Navy so it will be a new experience (They went around the "horn" of South American in the Navy!)

We're not asking for much; just a Category 9 on deck 2 close to the Ocean Quest (since that's where the kids will be spending most of the trip . . .LOL).

Glad to see lots of familar faces (okay really pen names). It would be nice to meet all you DISers!

Have a super day!
:welcome: Aboard !

ChrizJen: I love your sig. I quoted that to my DS last night to cheer him up! He's 9 y/o going through this realization of mortality lately & it's freaking him out. He eyes got really wide & he said, "yeah what if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about?" We both laughed. I said "yes it's all about having as much fun in this life & not worrying about the 'what ifs'"!

I am way under 30 posts so I really need to catch up!

Thanks for the updates Lisa & Judy!!!

Talk about commitment! I started thinking I MIGHT cancel my NCL cruise for April/08 & book this one instead of course depending on the.......oops can't say that word! ;) Anyway, now that I've been on here & reading how creative & fun everyone is....How could I possibly back out now?

BTW I can't speak Pirate either, but I can add in a little aaarrrgh now & then! pirate:

Diane: Sometimes I think we are crazy and so determined to book a cruise without knowing the shhhh ( price) first time for us with the frenzy but we are in it for the long haul. I am still learning the pirate lingo myself. Close your eyes and just jump in, only xx amount of days before we book. You can do it.:)

What was the name of the movie where the little boy says
"I see dead people" ?

Well for me its "I see groundhogs"

Disney Dream Job: A singing & dancing Cinderella!! Of course my dream would have to include dropping a few years, pounds, and adding on a lot of talent but it is my dream job right? :cloud9:

So what do you all do when it isn't hockey season? Do you skate year round like we swim year round?

My son, who is into hockey more than my daughter, pretty much skates year-round. Tryouts will be in April; get teams set in May; skate over the summer and do "dryland" training; twice a week practices and game can start in August and season runs through late-February, early-March; "spring" hockey runs from the end of the season until tryouts.

In there some where is track season--it is the one time I can relate to the swim team families who have the experience of spending the entire day at the pool to watch your child swim for maybe a total of 5 minutes!!

Did you happen to see the recap on page 1?????
You volunteered to lead a tour:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
