Do you think you'll be using only the duffle bags - one per person? Do they wheel?

Yes they have wheels and a pull out handle ....We got 4 of them ...but we will also have my Costume suitcase(cause it needs one by itself ) plus I think we are taking 2 garment bags ....but that depends on wether or not we rent tuxes on board or not ....

Occupation: Director of a non profit organization in Connecticut. We provide services to people with dev. disabilities. I love my job!

Shout out to another underpaid, overworked, non-profit director!! I love my job too. Where are you in CT?? We lived in Montville (New London-ish) for 3 years & I went to grad school in Hartford.

And how did I get to 22 already? I thought I was just lurking...;)

Honey, on this board 22 posts IS lurking!

The heck with the code!! They are more like guidelines anyway. ;)

:lmao: Three days off was enough. You didn't think that I would let a pirate pass me by did you? I know Todd....something about waving to those moments as they pass by. pirate:

I am glad you liked and could appreciate this one. After all the price is only half of what they get (bar tabs, photos for me is usually our biggest expense, bingo, ........) They definitely "Take what they can"

My office is in North Haven.

I know Montville, I heard a silly joke which I am sure has no truth:

Montville invented the toothbrush, otherwise it would have been called the teethbrush. :lmao:

Ok, been gone acouple days taking care of Chris and things.... What press release are we waiting for now..:confused3

There was supposed to be a press event at Disneyland today. Speculation is circulating that they are either announcing new DVC suites at the Grand California or announcing the 3rd DCL ship which would be based in LA and do Mexico and Alaska......or both could be announced.

Lisa---WOW I loved hearing all the things you have done. Its very fascinating.

My PTA story sounds very much like yours. I was overly involved in too many positions in the PTA and ended up pulling my kids out of the school when it increased in size from 600 one year to 1200 the next. They hired teachers that did not even speak English. I am now homeschooling. Some people think its crazy but when you look at what kind of education our kids are getting in school you know you can do equally as well. It has been a great transition as we have only been doing it since Oct. but we all love it and so we are going to continue next year. Here in FL it is so huge. Of course we are way down the list of states for best schools. And yes my kids get plenty of socialization at church groups/functions, swimming, art class, .......

I wish that I felt that I have what it takes to homeschool the kids.

I'm trying to figure out who has kidlings and what their ages are. My DD is currently 5 and in Kindergarten. She really enjoyed emailing the other kids her age before the cruise and playing with them on-board. I know the cruise isn't for another year and a half, but it's never too early...

Once the cruise is booked Jeff & I will be working on a website. One of the things will be a DISKids listing by age group so that they can meet each other beforehand & email. :)
