Gosh, I leave work early to go to the Dr. and there is a gizillion pages to read! Apparently, rum doesn't help get rid of a sinsus infection! Instead I got a shot in the hip and some meds. Hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight.

I'm a Senior Human Resource Specialist in the public sector (read that county government). So much for being a Poly Sci major! I do work in government though.

This is so sad , I'm more geeked up about the possibility of booking this cruise than I am about our up coming western cruise on 2/24!

Stacey, if you find one of those full body paper bags let me know, I'll go in on them with you!

I am still really curious to know which station you DJ'd for DisneyVegas, and what your DJ name was? Have you always lived there?

BTW, the postcards are not just sent to kids......I've been asked to send them to an 80 year old great-great grandmother and to couples who were celebrating their 25th, 40th and 50th wedding anniversaries, also to newlyweds who were taking their Honeymoon on a Disney cruise. Whatever the reason, whatever the age, it doesn't matter.

A DCL CM sends me all the postcards that are needed "free" of charge, and many fellow DIS'ers have supplied postcard stamps for this project. Mainly, my job has only been to answer requests, fill out the postcards and get them in the mail. The last I counted, we had well over 600 postcards mailed out.

That is just such an awesome idea and SOOOO sweet of you to do this for people.

When was this? I haven't really listened to either of those in about 10 years, but I used to listen to 98.5 (KLUC) all the time. I bet it was a fun job. I always wanted to be a DJ but don't have the voice for it.

Todd, I like your plane. There use to be a RC club close to my house, but they lost the lease to the land they used. It was interesting to watch. I was surprised how big they were. When they were in the air they looked small, but close up they were big. Now at another park they have model railroaders! Not the same appeal as the RC planes!

Apparently, rum doesn't help get rid of a sinsus infection! Instead I got a shot in the hip and some meds. Hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight.

Darn, it doesn't work... Thought i had a cure... i went to the Dr this afternoon and have an upper resp infection.

No shots but got three different meds (zpac, cough medicine, and inhaler if i need it)

Last night was not restfull...Hopefully cough meds will work...
