Darn, it doesn't work... Thought i had a cure... i went to the Dr this afternoon and have an upper resp infection.

No shots but got three different meds (zpac, cough medicine, and inhaler if i need it)

Last night was not restfull...Hopefully cough meds will work...

I really think you need a second opinion in Orlando

ok so someone who is a computer geek------how do I get my picture bigger and how do I paste a picture it doesn't seem to want to let me do that. Please help.

Anyone ever notice the state of the union address despite who is in office is like a pep rally for Congress. No new info just a lot of clapping and cheering for each other. It always cracks me up how the opposing side looks like they would rather be having a bikini wax.

no. i was one of those obsessives that took screen shots through the canal web cam and then swore up and down when they turned the camera away...

Me too.............I think I captured hundreds of pics of the Magic sailing through the PC in May and again in August.

ok so someone who is a computer geek------how do I get my picture bigger and how do I paste a picture it doesn't seem to want to let me do that. Please help.

(1)I'm not really a computer geek, but I can try and help. Are you talking about the photo in your signature? I think the photo can be 200 pixels high by 550 pixels wide, unless they changed the size limits again.

(2)And if you are talking about posting a photo in the subject line of a post, the photo must have a url address, I use www.photobucket.com to save most of the pics that I display. You can set up a free account with them and load photos there. Once a photo is loaded, look under the loaded photo and copy the img box, then you will be able to paste it to a post. HTH!!!

OK, I'll play! We own two Taekwondo schools that are affiliated with the ATA (American Taekwondo Association). My DH is a second degree black belt and certified instructor. My DS is a second degree black belt, my DD is a recommended black belt and I am a first degree black belt, hence the name atakaratemom.

I'm a finance/accounting manager and DH is a police officer.

To answer Crash's question. DH & I met at a bar (tacky I know) but it gets worse. I swore at him & he thought it was cute so the rest is history! We've been together 20 yrs & will be married 18 this year. Wow time flies!

To answer Judy's question...obviously I am a huge Elvis fan & the flip side is that I am really allshookup all the time. I worry about everything! Lately I am obsessing over the price of this cruise. Can we afford it? Can we afford not to afford it? Next Wednesday can't come soon enough for me!

And...Yes Andy is a bit shy...but so am I so I can relate! I don't have to tell anyone what a fantastic guy he is!

And Todd...OMG what a gorgeous family!

Be glad to help, I hope this explaination will make sense. The photos/images you see posted to this thread are upload to the Internet so others can view it.

Your computer connects to the Internet, but is not part of the Internet network so you either have to have your own website like I do for my wife - Paperkitten or use a photo sharing service like photobucket, snapfish, etc. Since the latter are usually free that is what many do.

Once you upload your photo to photobucket or snapfish you can make a reference to it so others can view it. Pasting it from your computer doesn't work because no one has access to your computer, but they would have access to photobucket.

For example: I have a photo called hades.jpg upload to my wife's site in a folder called the "PirateZoneThread". When posting an image I use the yellow button above that looks like it has mountains on it. I type or paste the web address for that photo which is

http://www.paperkitten.com/PirateZoneThread/hades.jpg and Viola!

I hope this made some sense.

Okay, I didn't tell this part yet.

I had just moved to Cave Creek (small town!) after separating from my first husband. Friends invited me to come and watch the softball games that were Friday night entertainment in town. (Whoo hoo)
They told me that there was a guy they wanted to introduce me to.
When I got there, they were all playing ball, so I watched for a while and then this really good looking guy started talking to me. I was thinking that my friends really picked me a good one!!
When they got done playing ball, my friends introduced me to Jay (my now husband)....who had been sitting on the other side of the ball field the whole time I talked to "Mike".

We met up later at a bar/restaurant, and I accidentally took his (Jay's) chair. So he made me sit in his lap. We started dating after that, dated for 2 years, and have now been married for almost 20 years.

And "justmestace" comes from when I call someone on the phone...they answer, and I say "Hi, just me!" ......and although my name is Stacey, close friends call me "Stace".

Well, I have worn many hats as well.The best was running our own tie dyed t shirt business to support my DD skating .That was great. I was able to be a SAHM and do my own thing.

Now I work for a bank in customer service Work 4 10 hour days.But do have 3 days off in a row.
DH was a Restaurant Mgr for many years, but now is SATH. He babysits for the grandkids and drives me crazy I think he tries to see how much he can get away with during the day. He also is addicted to the webcams at the port, and watches the Disney ships come and go.

We usually do the late seating. With my crazy schedule, we normally get a late start on the day and found we weren't hungry at dinner time. The later works better for us.

When was this? I haven't really listened to either of those in about 10 years, but I used to listen to 98.5 (KLUC) all the time. I bet it was a fun job. I always wanted to be a DJ but don't have the voice for it.

Todd, I like your plane. There use to be a RC club close to my house, but they lost the lease to the land they used. It was interesting to watch. I was surprised how big they were. When they were in the air they looked small, but close up they were big. Now at another park they have model railroaders! Not the same appeal as the RC planes!
