I loved Winky Dink!!!! I am also aging myself but you would put a plastic sheet on the screen. Then you would write on the television screen. When you missed, you actually wrote on the screen itself. I was never good at staying in the lines. I got my Winky Dink kit taken away for destroying my familiy's Television. Oh , the memories!!!!

I use to resell, then I donated & did a list to claim the tax deduction. After the yard sale last March I still had 4 big boxes of clothes & my friend had twins so I gave everything to her. She gives me her older DD's clothes so they will just cycle around. Actually DS's teacher moved across the street from her & she has 2 yo twins. They both have one of each so Laurie will start with the clothes & then pass them on to Monica. It is worth it to just get the stuff out of the garage...I don't have to hear DH upset about the boxes then.

I found that the loops took up too much time. Who wants to spend that much time in an online group. Anyway, I agree that it does make a lot of sense to donate or to just pass the clothes along to someone who can use them.

I get long layers. This is the shop owner that is the rave of the town but only the 2nd time she has cut my hair since my regular person moved oot. I get long layers with bangs and nothing shorter than my chin....except the bangs. Well, I now have shorter layers all over and my hair looks like it has those stupid feathered wings. I was just getting to the point where I liked my hair again. I don't like having to mess with it. Now I am going to have to do alot to keep this stuff from frizzing out to the side...hence the term mushroom head.

I for one do not look forward to getting a haircut. I have only found 1 girl that I like--I just hate the bill. Now that I am wearing my hair shorter it seems that i have to go so often. Usually I will just run up to Fan Sam's just for the convenience and hit the girl I like a couple times a year. Almost $200 for a cut and color is a big dent in my spending $.

No, the chat room on the boards. There is cruise chat on Friday nights 9 pm ET. The 12/9 group use to use one of the other rooms to chat each week. We started that up here after we booked. It takes some of the volume off of the thread for a few hours to let people catch up. It's usually fun...and fast moving.

You know, that would probably be a safer thing for them to do. Those groups are easy to set up & a parent could monitor the posts. You can do them so that you restrict who can join & see the posts. There are a couple other options out there though. Let me find out how to set them up & I will LYK.

I guess it was the last two Fridays we were in Chat, I just didn't know that it was like a set thing Friday at 9 pm. I liked Chat the last two weeks. I have to try and remember next week. Thanks Lisa.
