We just received the new DCL vacation planning DVD for 2007-2008. My DW and DD's and I love to watch it over and over again and sing along with the theme song even though we know everything about the ship inside and out.

Is that normal? Or is that a bit too creepy.

Remember, everything is relative...
To those of us here, it is creepily normal!

Thanks for posting - I had been half following that thread myself but refrained from posting.

It's interesting how many of the things she points out, we have already come to that conclusion previously.

I also liked your point to stagger the release dates - it would of made things so much simpler for all concerned.

It is also interesting that she states the WB is also sold out - DCL still shows availability for all categories except 6 and 12.

DH just called - they are cancelling flights out of DC for tonight - he is getting a rental and is going to try to drive!!! Sounds like he should be able to stay ahead of it.

On the cruise website ...there is a listing of cruisers birthdays ...Thats how they know ...

IKWIM - Dh just called and he's home now until tomorrow. I thought for sure someone would call in sick and he'd end up with overtime and me worrying -not about his driving but of all the nutcases who either don't know how to drive in the snow, don't care about anyone but themselves, and the ones who think they are invincible. Instead, I'll have to worry tomorrow.

He should keep ahead of it. It's not going to start here in the city at least for a few more hours.

I know I won't be able to keep up with all of y'alls postings.... But, I promise to read the synopsis on a regular basis. ANd I will try to post on a semi regular basis!

I also promise to get more involved when there is less then a year to go.

We are a family of 5 (7 but, our two oldest won't be comng on this cruise!). It will be dh & I, 17dd, 10ds & 7dd (ages at cruise time).

I used to post alot on the main DCL threads here -- and the GF board. We went on our first DCL cruise in Oct '05 and were HOOKED!!!!

We've gone on 3 so far -- Oct '05, Feb '06 & 10nt in Sept '06. Some of our friends from the 10nt are also on this cruise.
