MR- I hope you're daughter is felling better today!!
Adding our wishes for a quick recovery.

We won't hear back about the blood test until tomorrow, and the Vet wants to see him again on Saturday. In the mean time I have to keep him and my other dog, Sloopy, separated, and I have a regiment of antimicrobial wash for the wounds, ear drops because his canals were infected also, antibiotics & pain killers....all several times a day. Poor guy. He has always been the most pleasant dog. He was such an angel at the Vets even though he was being poked while he was in so much discomfort.
Sorry to hear about your poor dog. We have been there. The waiting is the worst. Hope all works out well for you all.

Good Morning - My DD (12) came home with a project yesterday from Middle School. She is suppossed to interview a group of people to determine what are there top 5 "Stresses" in their life. I gave her some ideas like Time, Money, Health, etc. In hindsight, I should have sent her to this thread - the response would have been What Room #, What Dining Time, how many times to Palo, etc I am not sure her Teacher would have been able to understand the answers. I think her Teacher is looking for the Middle School answers of Homework, Friends, Sports, etc
Well, I will give her an interview. #1 Having a child with a major chonic injury/pain and not being able to get a straight answer from the doctors on how to make her better. Going on 6 months of pain for her now.
#2. Dealing with a family when DH is traveling most days of the week. #3. SNOW #4. Dealing with bills. #5. Not enough time in the day to read all the posts on the DIS.

Well , Just got a call from the DS 5's school , guess he puked in class so I have to run to pick him up ...He said he had a tummy ache this morning so I gave him a lil Pepto ...guess he wasnt trying to get out of school after all :lmao: (you know how kids can be ) Anyway I will be in and out through out the day ...

Send prayers that he feels better quickly.

B-cubed? That's a new one!
That is so funny because our son is Robert R. R**** the III (not sure if you can post names here ) he has been called "R-cubed" for years. But maybe he is actually "R-cubed to the third."

Have to go shovel!!!!

So Lorri--Is your new haircut growing on you? No pun intended....:goodvibes

I could really go for some chocolate chip cookes and a big glass of milk right now!

5 hours in front of EST, 8 West coast! Just coming up to 9pm.

Andrew, do you turn back your clock on the same weekend as we do(EST) or is there a couple of weeks delay? Beacuse sometime I find there is a 5 hour difference form London to NY.

It is growing on me!:lmao:

Seriously, I really like it even tho I do miss the long hair. Every so often I go to pull it back and my hands hit air! It also feels odd on my neck - I notice that I keep trying to pull it so it "sits" lower.

We change our clocks the same time as you, currently on GMT, in March we will swap to BST British summer time, one hour forward of GMT.

Europe swaps the same time as us.

I think we are always 5 hours in front of EST.

I think that the mistake often made is checking us against GMT, but we are only on that winter months.

:thumbsup2 Sounds like a great idea to me ... I wonder if I've got enough stuff at home to whip some of these up tonight :confused3

I could divulge my secret recipe. It's been a secret for 12 years ever since we were married.

Okay - not quite as bad as I initally thought, but still, that makes it 9 pm there.

I'm going to have to remember this when I see you posting at 10-11 pm EST time.
