8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 5

Oh! I'm just south of Baltimore (Hanover). Are there any Maryland area meets in the works?

Of course Kim... I'm on the mend right now...but give me a couple weeks and i'll be up for meets...

I know I won't be able to keep up with all of y'alls postings.... But, I promise to read the synopsis on a regular basis. ANd I will try to post on a semi regular basis!

I also promise to get more involved when there is less then a year to go.

We are a family of 5 (7 but, our two oldest won't be comng on this cruise!). It will be dh & I, 17dd, 10ds & 7dd (ages at cruise time).

I used to post alot on the main DCL threads here -- and the GF board. We went on our first DCL cruise in Oct '05 and were HOOKED!!!!

We've gone on 3 so far -- Oct '05, Feb '06 & 10nt in Sept '06. Some of our friends from the 10nt are also on this cruise.

IKWIM - Dh just called and he's home now until tomorrow. I thought for sure someone would call in sick and he'd end up with overtime and me worrying -not about his driving but of all the nutcases who either don't know how to drive in the snow, don't care about anyone but themselves, and the ones who think they are invincible. Instead, I'll have to worry tomorrow.

Lorri: hope things go well for tomorrow!!! Keep my fingers crossed!!!

The IKEA parking lot scares me more than trying to pronounce the funky names for all of the furniture products.

see now i like the new college park, MD store. They have the main parking lot out front....(which is usually mobbed)

But then very few even know the one around back exists (covered, under the building with loading areas.)

It's like our own super secret parking. Never crowded there.
