You know what I just thought about? This will be our longest vacation ever! Usually our vacations aren't that long- and our LONGEST one (much longer than normal vacations) was 12 days at WDW... we'll be on the cruise HALF A MONTH!

Same here. I had to pull teeth to get DH to agree to 8 days for our honeymoon. That in itself was a miracle. But as time's gone on our vacations have gotten longer. Back in October we actually took 12 days - 8 at WDW followed by 4-day cruise. I'm still in shock about this 15-day cruise we're booked on.

Speaking of paper...Has anyone found magnetic paper (other than the internet) lately....

I know before our Dec trip i tried Walmart but they didn't have it.....

I don't make it into stores much lately, but I have come to LOVE shopping Staples online. And if you sign up for their rewards card, overnight shipping is FREE!!! Among other things I've gotten magnetic business as well as my hard-to-find ink replacements for my printer. I'm sure they'll have whater you're looking for.

my DMIL got caught up at work yesterday and went to call her deposits in and disney dropped her room i have a gty cat 5 so my DS was in her room so if she dont get another room eventually (which does not look good) i dont know what ill do about DS
anyway the braclets sound like a awesome idea im in well i better get back to work ill be playing catch up tommrow when i get up

Rita, this should probably be done soon if it will work with the limits of the number of kids onboard, but maybe someone with 2 or 3 people in a room can have him listed with them & you can have him stay with you some how?

I once had a bag disembowled by security in Orlando because of the magnetic paper. Now we use Xyron magnet tape and carry the roll of it in our carry-on bag. It's much less expensive (about $3/roll) and reduces the stress of mis-prints on the more costly magnet paper. I just print on heavy stock regular paper in whatever colors appeal to me, and add the little magnet tape when I get onboard.

(the only bad part is that he would have to go to our muster station for the lifeboat drill for head counts)

and we are probably going to get transfers added (so i'm not sure if they would add them for everyone or if i could pick and choose)

DMIL thought DFIL paid deposit and vise verisa (sp sorry) so thier room got cxld for not paying the deposit they realized this morning and when they went to call it was too late
my sis has a room however i dont know if it a quad to book DS in i guess ill find out in the next couple days
im not gonna cancel now ill wait it out hopefuly a room will open for them

I would have her call & add your DS on now to make sure. This ship may stay full for a while.

We're sorry to learn of your MILs' misfortune. Maybe there remains hope with a surprise developement from Disney? Were they correct to have cancelled the cabin? I thought the deposits were not needed until the 6th??? So was my info wrong?​

Due to the demand, the repos were due 2/3 and the MR cruises & others in 2008 were due 2/6.

I can relate to the CG thing! My best friend (her DH is CG) moved to San Diego last fall and they will be moving again this spring/summer. It seems it will be DC, but they haven't gotten an updated list in regards to his promotion. They are in CG limbo...

My dad was 23 years in the Coast Guard. He worked in DC for 12+ years. We lived in Arnold (near Annapolis) and he commuted to work everyday. He didn't seem to mind it too much and it kept us out of the big city. I live in Hanover, MD now and DC is still a pretty easy commute.
