8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 2

Hi all!

I guess being part of the "Pirate Zone" doesn't get your laundry magically washed? I still have a load or 2 to do. But did get an oil change and made progress cleaning.

I took Andrew, I think it was, advise and went of DCL web site to price the Med Repo to get an idea. I hope it's less! But tis better to book early then later. Have 18 months to pay it off.

Andy, the BABW pirates outfit is cute. We will have to pick one up. The nearest one is 30 miles away. We have only been twice, but we don't come out spending less than $50! Last year dd got the monkey. She is a huge monkey fan along with her buddy Wesley. I bought the Tinkerbell outfit. I will have to comondeer (sp?) her monkey, shes got a couple dozen of them!

Well, got go for a while, still in the mood to clean and I need to rustle up something to eat. Katie already made herself microwave mac and cheese. I gotta crack the whip, Katie has a book report due Monday and has only read 2 chapters. Thankfully it a slim book - Flat Stanley. (I got read it to, to make sure she read it!)

I posted this a while back but nobody answered. Just wondering if this costume would be okay as Scarlett from POTC ride or would it look out of place!

I'm sure they do, I was just posting what I saw on their website. I was hoping they already had a monkey dressed up as a pirate, but alas it wasn't to be.

I showed the Pirate Bear to Angelina, she loved it, so I ordered her one. I even put my own voice message to the bear. The bear sings, "Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a pirate's life for me." I guess she will be getting it for Valentine's Day.

That is so sweet!

Well, I've officially instructed my TA at DU to go ahead and transfer our March 15 08 ressie to this cruise on Wed. - looks like I'm committed!

DD just ran across the room to see this & of course....she wants one! Good thing there isn't a store around here.

Just so you all know you can have any stuffed Animal you want and then buy the outfit I just sent this to Moira's Daughter for christmas with a snow leopard . I had her pick out what type of Animal she liked and I named it and dressed it .

We have tomany of these stores around here god knows how many of then I have bought over the last 6 year and cloths for them

OK, I heard from my TA so I feel better. I felt so tacky telling her to call at 6:59 (CST) at all costs. This poor woman made it through our Alaska cruise last summer when there were 31 of us. I was the one that coordinated everything for our whole family so I guess she is used to me. I am rather Type A.
There is no way I am able to keep up w/ you guys but I will be checking in periodically to see if any new developments.
Anyone want to take bets on how many pages will be added to this thread on the 31st? My guess is 50.

Not the best capture, I had to take this from the Two Palms site as I was busy taking care of my patient and I missed the Magic sailing this evening. I have friends on the ship today and I told them I would capture the Magic as it sailed. I guess this pic will have to do.
