SIL told me that they were just Jewish for the holidays....

A woman I used to work with was from India, she joined in the secret santa at work one year and I asked if she celebrated Christmas, and she said she celebrated everything.

She said she especially liked Christmas for the gifts and Ramadan for the feasting but she said she didn't do the fasting bit to go with it.

She did say she was probably more Hindi than anything but she was in for having a bit of every religion in her life.

wow..your a great mother.... , & in this case..if your boys
are mommy's boys...means extra-ordinary athlete! my mother was a lil'
more than a tomboy....* even with 10 babies. one of her favorite
story...was about the neighborhood bully..who made the mistake of
picking on her...someone told her dad...he better go rescue her...,
his response? "she can take of herself"...& she could! a few later,
the same person came rushing back..& told him..."you better get your
daughter..she beating the "crapper" out him! [ similar to the christmas
story..bully scene]

over the years...i have had to "redirected"...a few. sometimes..."looks"
are not reflective...eye of the , he,he, he...well when you have
7 brothers..."fighting"..was considered a recreational activity.

After our 10/24/09 cruise, I'm hoping our next cruise will be in 2011 on one of the new ships. Will have to see where the ship will be sailing to first though..............

Good morning everyone!

Hope everyone is well.

Monica glad to hear your son is back and that his latest CT showed no new changes. I know it's hard for a 12 year old to take it easy (we have one of those) but lots of rest is best.

Today is our children's Christmans Pagent at school. They have been preparing for many weeks. Our youngest DD got up at 6:15 this morning to get ready (we usually all get up at 7) so right now I'm on my 3rd cup of coffee.

A little chilly here in Queens this morning. The wind finally died down last night. We didn't get much from that storm 2 days ago as did some (sorry to hear about the ice DAHuffy).

Why do I get the feeling that there will be some form of fishing by Alan and Adam on your next trip.

Also

Johnna and I were planning our vacations for next year. We are taking a trip to WDW in March during Easter 2008 (Animal Kingdom Lodge, new DVC rooms) and Vermont in July 2008 (The Von Trapp Family Lodge) then the TOAL in August. It will be difficult for us with regards to time and kids in school to get down to Kentucky for the Derby this year. It is something I really want to do. Hopefully in the future one year.

i wouldnt expect disney to have good port of calls when the ship first comes out. knowing that they will fill the ship up no matter where it goes.
im on there no matter where they go.

Coral, it sounds like you are putting a lot of effort into your pc information! I really hope they have that same woman that came onboard last time. She was a wealth of information. DCL was also great with narration as we cruised through the canal. And the mimosas they served us that morning were a wonderful way to start the day. I wish there was a port stop included so we could explore Panama, but I'm not complaining. All in all it was a wonderful day, it is really interesting seeing how the locks work.
