Afternoon Folks.

I took Hazel and Angelina out for brunch this morning at Old Country Buffet before taking Angelina to work. While we were eating we had a family meeting discussing quite a few topics. I also wanted to get Angelina's and Hazel's true feelings about the TOAL. Angelina then said, "Funny, you should bring that topic up dad, because I wanted to talk about that." We talked for quite a while, then put the TOAL up for a vote. I'm sad to say that the TOAL vote was 3-0 in favor to cancel. Yes, even me, who wanted to do this more than Hazel and Angelina combined, voted it down. I don't know what else to say, but that I am sorry we won't have the chance to sail with you, on TOAL.

Andy - I am so sorry to hear that. But I can understand totally your decision. I am going to miss the "VERNANDAH MAN" on the cruise.

I am very sorry that we will not have the chance to meet the man who, to me, is the spirit of the DCL, but family comes before everything else and you have to do what is best for your family.

It finally hit me today, that Dad is gone.

At 4am this morning we recieved a call from the hospital informing us that my Father had died.

He would have been 87 on the 16th of this month. We're just thankful it wasn't a long drawn out ordeal for him.

Please accept my condolences and may your memories or your father be happy and warm ones.

We went to Uno's for dinner. Our high school's National Honor Society was having a fundraiser with 20% of sales between 4pm-10pm being donated to their Operation Blessing fund. Tonight was the first time I tried Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, and I must say, I really did enjoy it.......... I know we will be going back to Uno's again!!!

We went there for the first time when we were in Baltimore last September. The kids loved the make your own pizza!!! I also enjoyed the deep dish pizza.

I understand we all have decisions regarding vacations.........I wish you and your family the best........was a honor to meet you guys.........

Hey Andy, I have not been around. I've been busy with work. I just read that you will not be on the cruise. Hope everything is OK. It wont be the same without you and the family. Jack

Thanks Jack, but there are a lot of things going on right now, and a scary thing to say, the 15 day cruise was not on top of the priority list.

We are hoping to squeeze in, a 4 day or 7 day cruise, later this year or early next year. Time will tell.
