How many and when/where?

We will be in Wilderness Lodge last week of June (21-29)

We've got four days this June (SSR), 10 days in September (Wilderness Lodge), cruise on the Magic in December and 9 days at SSR afterwards.

M & Deanna, my DH doesn't care for dancing either....he's always good for the obligatory slow dance or two but I hate to push it beyond that.........so I definitely be meeting you guys on the dance floor! I do a heck of a bump and blend (oops I mean grind)

Well, I am packed and ready to go. Just waiting for my Mom to get here so we can head off to EWR. Flight is so far on time and according to Liz, the weather looks great. It was nearly impossible to get out of the office yeaterday. Needless to say I will be screening call.

I am not taking the computer. So, have a good week. Be safe. I'll ketchup Sun/Mon.

I have now joined the ranks of the sick kids club!!!
DH took off yesterday to stay home with Devin. Today its my turn. Was hoping he was better. The boys have been fighting that nasty stomach bug since last Tuesday. Finally thought we were done, Devin woke up this morning with a 101 fever. Off to the doctor we go later this morning. Normally I wouldnt take him but he's complaing hes dizzy as well. So he needs to be checked out.

Happy B-day to all those I've missed.

Wish Ryan luck again this weekend. After winning the Staten Island Pinewood Derby for his division a few months ago, he is competing this Saturday in Manhattan at the ESPN ZONE against all the other NYC area kids.

Hey Maureen I've missed you Pal!! Sorry the kids are sick, hope they feel better soon. Good luck to Ryan this weekend!

....and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to everyone this week and last week that I missed. (DD was off last week and a snow day Monday, so I have so much catching up to do with housework...and now we are into a busy time with her - with play and dance classes and now into rehearsals.....)

we are doing the usual: looking into local/"more affordable" vacations options (we are going to need something once we all get through May!!! - if only just an overnight somewhere!) ...with the ususal "for that price we could do WDW"....so now considering WDW for Labor Day...we'll see..... Neighbors are always wondering why we do Disney every year - I can't understand why they spend so much on the other places and get so much less!

Hey Darlene long time no see!! We too are looking for something local/afforable for an extended family vacation the week of 7/22....it's not very easy to find.

You know these remind me of the Massengil commercials with the mother and daughter walking along the beach and the daughter turns to her mom and asks her what to do when she needs to feel "fresh"

Yea right Lorri, I always asked my Mother how she stays "fresh", didn't you? As if!!

Had my left shoulder rotar cuff repaired last thursday. The operation lasted 2.5 hours, really bad shoulder. Have a doc visit on the 24th, hope we can start rehab. my wife thinks i'll be a year getting back to normal, hopefully. i have a velcro strap and my bicep and forearm are velcroed down. needless to say i'm helpless and my wife has to do everything. On top of that we started baby sitting our grandson on Monday. i'm not much help since i can't hold him. my DW has been a real trooper.

I called DVC today an got the bad news 334 points per person for a cat 11 so 8x334=2,672 pts plus 56 pts for the baby 2,728. Transferred our on board credit from our 1/05 cruise. That saved 152 points so the final #2,576 pts Took all our 2007 all 2008 and had to borrow 700 from 2009. Thank Mickey we are DVCers

Ohh I hope your shoulder is better really soon!! Good luck at that Dr. visit! Hey that is alot of points isn't it? I could save my points for a decade and couldn't raise that many!

Although re-reading that list, I do not believe my wife has any interest in me being her gynecologist.

I have Pink Eye!!!!

That made me have a fond memory!!! During my high school years, I would poke myself in the eye to get it red. I would then go to the school nurse and told her I must have pink eye!!! I would then get sent home. worked every time.

Forgive me if I have the wrong person but if you are the one with the hurt doggie (broken legs) how is the recovery going?

Yes...that'd be our Morgan. He's got 6 pins drilled into his broken leg bone. Looks like Robodog. It's been about 3 weeks and we haven't seen any infections, so we think he's doing well. He's due for x-rays tomorrow.
