Somehow I knew that question would be asked.
Pork Roll is course ground ham/pork (everything but the oink) that are formed into a tube. It's sliced and typically fried and severed with fried egg, cheese and ketchup on a hard roll. The brand most of grew up on is Taylor Ham made in beautiful Trenton, NJ. Heart attack on a plate, yup, but it is so good.
I'm a Jersey Boy, but never developed the taste for Pork Roll, now Scrapple, that's for me...............

How many hours a day do you spend???
I can't swim, but I've learned to float - its a start!...especially on the water at CC! The good thing is that DD or ST or whatever is a good swimmer after taking classes at the Y, so I don't worry about her, she can keep her head above the water...no pun intended.
What an idiot!
