Value Resort Guests - Are you Using the Airport Luggage Transfer?

I stayed at Pop end of July, didn’t use it. My flight was around 12:30, I didn’t want to have to drop my bag the night before. I got Lyft and used curbside check.

We used it back in May and loved it. Our flight home left at 1:15 PM so we dropped off all but one bag late the night before we left then threw toiletries, etc., into the final bag and checked it at Luggage Assistance around 8 AM the morning we departed. We have the Southwest credit card so I expected we will use its free bag perk--and the luggage transfer--again in the future.
