Wii - Fit is so much fun. I got mine for my bday a few weeks ago and the entire family has been "playing" with it. It is easy, fun and yes you can feel the difference! Favorites....hula hooping, skiing, ski jumping and the yoga poses.
THe girls have been asking about this and we've been wondering - thanks for the input!
anyone have any information or has ever done an ATV tour in Aruba?
DH and DD11 are looking to do one. They have never been
Joan - I spoke with a gentleman who did the ATV tour in Aruba - plus we got to see them. Please be advised that the ATV's have no seat belts. The gentleman - who did this excursion with his wife, did not like it. He said it was extremely dirty. They had no mouth guard so you ate dust alot. They did have goggles and a helmet but that was it. At one point, the man said that he thought he was going get killed when his ATV got stuck before he went up a hill. He had never been on one in his life prior to taking this excursion and didn't give it enough gas I think. He said that the guide at one point had to get behind some ladies to help them up the hill and that the front wheels actually lifted off the ground. He thought it would have overturned but didn't. His words - its amazing that no one was killed.
We saw them several times on our tour - Keep in mind that Aruba - for the most part is very desert like and very dusty. The man said that his and his wife's clothes were pretty much ruined. The dust was red in some parts and regular dust in other portions. Either way - you tasted dust. I don't mean to sound like a party pooper but I was sure glad that I didn't pick that one - especially since I have never been on an ATV in my life. WHile they look like fun - I hate the taste of dust. If you do decide to do this excursion - you might want to bring a filter mask for your nose and mouth. Have fun whatever you decide to do.
