Wii - Fit is so much fun. I got mine for my bday a few weeks ago and the entire family has been "playing" with it. It is easy, fun and yes you can feel the difference! Favorites....hula hooping, skiing, ski jumping and the yoga poses.

THe girls have been asking about this and we've been wondering - thanks for the input!

anyone have any information or has ever done an ATV tour in Aruba?
DH and DD11 are looking to do one. They have never been

Joan - I spoke with a gentleman who did the ATV tour in Aruba - plus we got to see them. Please be advised that the ATV's have no seat belts. The gentleman - who did this excursion with his wife, did not like it. He said it was extremely dirty. They had no mouth guard so you ate dust alot. They did have goggles and a helmet but that was it. At one point, the man said that he thought he was going get killed when his ATV got stuck before he went up a hill. He had never been on one in his life prior to taking this excursion and didn't give it enough gas I think. He said that the guide at one point had to get behind some ladies to help them up the hill and that the front wheels actually lifted off the ground. He thought it would have overturned but didn't. His words - its amazing that no one was killed.

We saw them several times on our tour - Keep in mind that Aruba - for the most part is very desert like and very dusty. The man said that his and his wife's clothes were pretty much ruined. The dust was red in some parts and regular dust in other portions. Either way - you tasted dust. I don't mean to sound like a party pooper but I was sure glad that I didn't pick that one - especially since I have never been on an ATV in my life. WHile they look like fun - I hate the taste of dust. If you do decide to do this excursion - you might want to bring a filter mask for your nose and mouth. Have fun whatever you decide to do.

Of course you can wear it both nights! It's a Disney cruise -- wear a tiara every night if you want . . .:thumbsup2

I saw several women on the WB wearing their tiaras even on off night -

BTW, Monica - sign me up! :lmao: If I can figure out my password again - on the piratezone - I'll sign up.

As for the fireworks - here's a shot:

Hey guys, just wanted to post some pictures of some samples of the WB FE gifts.

There were some rather clever ideas and if anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.

As I recall, the internal top secret GTY assignment calendar is something like this:

90 days out - Cancel reservations for all those who haven't paid in full. Order darts.

60 days out. Go to Kinkos, Make giant blow up posters of ship showing room layouts.

45 days out. Interns write out reservation numbers by category on little pieces of paper and put them in giant Goofy hats.

40 days out. Set up giant poster and hats. Lay out darts.

31 days out. Three members of the Fairy Godmother department arrive in a puff of magic smoke. Select those GTY's who want cabins near each other and assign them cabins based on their magical aura. Select a handful of other reservations for upgrades. Vanish in a chorus of Bibbidi-Bobbity-Boo.

30 days out. Group of DCL interns arrive early morning. Start pulling reservations from hats and throwing darts at the board to assign cabins.

29 days out. Cabins are assigned. Except for troublemakers who are left in suspense for a while longer.

I remember reading about that....scary....:scared1:

Also, if anyone is like me and wants to get their hands on anything from the WB, their meets thread has some great pics and even video slideshows recently posted. I have been very happy looking at them.

Hopefully, I'll have time at work to look at those. :thumbsup2

I was pretty tired last night when I posted about When Mickey Dreams that I didn't put what I thought about it. We saw this on the Med cruise last year and it was really neat (though i thought it wasn't as good if you sat close to the stage - hard to see everything going on). My thought about this (and I couldn't get an answer from DCL) is what are they putting in it's place? They aren't just going to have nothing that night so what could we be getting. DH thinks that it may have been hard to perform if the weather wasn't good (too much rocking) or the talent wasn't available. I tend to want to think there may be something else!

Hey Tracy - I may be in the minority but for some reason - I really found this show pretty hard to follow. I agree with you reasoning that it may be a bit difficult to perform if the ship is rocking. When DH and I tried to find seats, we were stopped at the top as there were performers waiting at the top of the stairs to enter on their cue.

This is just my personal opinion but all the tiwrly (ok its late - the spelling poriton is off) and spinning acrobats and the weird costumes just didn't do it for me. But I do agree with you - what will they replace it with? Personally, I wonder if they won't be bringing back John Charles as he had a great response to his shows. Only time will tell.

So, I got my interview. Two weeks from today. Got a lot of homework to do over the next two weeks. :cool1:

Here's a tiny snapshot of part of the entertainment crew. Hope you can make out the faces or lack of familarity.

Hi Liz! :wave2:

I just realized that I lapped you. I must get this body to bed as I have to take DD to school this week. She has finals and her last day of school is Wednesday. Plus all week its 12 noon let out. Lucky me -

Your welcome! Just glad I finally found time to post them while its still relatively close to the cruise - sometimes I have posted almost a year later. Sad, but true!

G'mornin' pirate:s
11 Mondays until TOAL. (there ya go Lisa)

Just wanted to post a picture a picture we took today. We were enjoying some Dole Pinapple Whip. :yay:

MMMMmmmm Dole Whip.
Thanks for sharing the pic!

see now i draw the line at taking out the trash.... But DH has always said if i want the yard i have to be willing to mow the lawn... We share that duty usually. But i shape the trees and hedges cause he's well not landscapey...

I'll take out the trash. When DH is gone for 3-4 months, I can't really pay someone to take out my trash. I can pay someone to cut my grass. I don't love yard work, but I'll do everything except cut the grass.

While the wenches are scoring dresses and tiaras from Ebay, I went and won a new set of swimwear:

Looks like she is settling into the home very well. Its almost like she's always been here!

AAAWWWWW PUPPY! Too cute!

So when's the 75 day mark? Dreams Unlimited tells me that my trip is now 75 days away.... But I'm unable to book anything.... Is anyone else booking at 75 or am I the only one??

I think you're good to go at 12:01 am tonight/tomorrow morning.

Maybe they'll start Toy Story on the Magic for us.

OK, so do we need to yell at you to go study when you Dis? It seemed to work for Diane's thesis.
