This is so exciting...I have goosebumps for everyone!!

Oh I know! I'm so happy... my daughter will be so happy.. but it may be the only excursion we get to do and DH ain't gonna be so happy about that... he wants to scuba dive (and yes we have to do DCL excursions)

getting that error message everywhere now.

wow, I figured it would be slow to load and we might not get every excursion we wanted- I didn't figure we'd get logged out, error pages and not get in at all.


is anyone else getting that error message (that I posted above) everytime you click even to go to excursions page?

now it's doign it even when I retrieve reservation.

Hi Gang

I know this can be frustrating - good luck to everyone trying for their ressies tonight.

For everyone who has sent a payment to DU, I assure you that it was forwarded to, and processed with, DCL as soon as it was received (as long as it was received during normal business hours). DU does not hold payments.

If your DU client services area shows paid in full then you are paid in full with DCL.

So if you are getting a response from DCL's systems that you are not paid in full it is because of a system glitch on Disney's end (that seems to have to do with the large number of folks trying to make ressies tonight).

As others here have said try logging out and then logging back in.

We saw this happen with the Westbound PC Cruisers as well.

I'm so glad I grabbed that one before even trying to do any others at the same time or something. because obviously the first few minutes was the only way to get thru at all.

now it loads forever then white page.

I had everything all set and on confirmation it gave me an error First it told me I wasn't paid, then i got in and now it says they can't retrieve my reservation. I hope this doesn't take all night..
