We are trying to get a private excursion that lots of us could book together with Lee Miles (Mr. Emerald) . . . if that doesn't work out I think a lot are doing city tours and some are going to beaches . . .

I saw that post on the main board regarding Cartagena. I think we'll be able to book Cartagena. The problem may be that it is not available for all cruises, just ours

I'm hoping to get one of the walking tours, whatever winds up being available. Just as a backup in case the Mr. Emerald tours don't happen. Paula and Chris I think were looking into tours with Mr. Emerald, but nothing is definite yet.

The main boards can get very ... hostile at times. Some folks seem to thrive on the chaos

ohh okay. I figured it was a private joke you thought I was in on- but I was so lost. LOL

I think I asked about this like a week ago and then never saw any answers or something.
The only things we saw to do in cartegena was walking tours and we're really not into that.. been there, did that on the last cruise and we realized we're SO NOT the walking tour kinda family- atleast not in that weather. Sure we live in Texas but we compensate with a/c and spending a lot of time in WATER (pools, water parks, etc.) around these parts. We don't do a lot of walking around for four hours even in our weather- and it's not as humid here either. yanno? LOL

IDK what you're talking about that excursion but maybe we can do that too? We're not really beach people either.I mean we liked the beach at CC but we're really not into getting off the ship just to go to beaches- we like DOING things- yanno? LOL to us a beach is a beach is a beach.....
